This development has become more complicated because of the pattern of involvement of other sciences ranging from mathematics to marketing management. In this study, we conducted a theoretical review by taking the theme of social commerce and found that there was more than 30,000 literature from reputable international journals, then carried out a systematic study of aspects of social trade by synthesizing 427 scientific literature originating from journal publications and processes between 2008 and 2019. Does this study focus on two research questions: (1) how social commerce develops and the difference with e-commerce? (2) What research methods have been used in social trade to measure product repurchase intentions by consumers? And what variables are widely used to measure the level of product repurchase intention by consumers? From the results of the mapping that has been done, it can be seen that aspects of social commerce including definitions, differences in e-commerce and s-commerce, types and methods of measurement, technology, challenges and benefits, formulation of models and frameworks. Finally, we offer guidance on the direction for future research, with different methods so that it can produce proper guidelines for marketers in determining the right marketing strategy.","PeriodicalId":137739,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electrical Engineering (ICOMITEE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125339392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to develop suggestions for improvement to IT service managers. The research instrument was compiled using the WebQual. WebQual method was used for measuring the quality of IT service’s application, the SERVPERF method was used for calculating the performance he user’s assessment of the performance and importance of the service are representing user satisfaction. This research aims to develop suggestions for improvement to IT service managers. The research instrument was compiled using the WebQual. WebQual method was used for measuring the quality of IT service’s application, the SERVPERF method was used for calculating the performance and the importance of IT service according to respondent’s assessment, and IPA mapping was used for mapping the service’s item which need improvement. The SERVPERF calculation results obtained a performance rating of 3.07 and an importance rating of 3.55. According to the results of the IPA mapping, five service items must address immediately. The five service items are the relevance of information in IT service, the provision of timely information, the information accuracy, the detailed information presentation, and the service security. These service items have low performance based on the user’s point of view. The improvement suggestions composed using Lean service method based on problem factors in each service item so that it can improve IT services’ performance.","PeriodicalId":137739,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electrical Engineering (ICOMITEE)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125585513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The discovery of anomalous data was the purpose of monitoring to determine whether there was a change in activity that indicates an eruption or vice versa. One of the monitoring activities carried out was periodic activity by measuring the distance of mountain body fracture with distance measurement (EDM). In this study, a combination of Neural Network Backpropagation method was proposed to detect anomalies in the monitoring data of Mount Merapi EDM. The experimental results showed an average accuracy of 97.3% in EDM of Mt. Merapi seismic activity.","PeriodicalId":137739,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electrical Engineering (ICOMITEE)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126993883","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
