The assessment investigates perceptions of forest change, scrutinizing both negative impacts and positive aspects. A cross-sectional household survey involving 550 households, coupled with questionnaires and field observations, utilized descriptive and correlation analysis. Findings reveal that deforestation is influenced by accessibility, land use, government policies, human activities, ecological factors, and population dynamics. While highlighting severe threats to biodiversity, respondents also perceive Land Use and Land Cover Change (LULC) as an emerging economic opportunity, recognizing its role in income generation and job creation. Infrastructure developments have remarkably improved the overall quality of life, especially job prospects. These new opportunities reduce reliance on forest sales, promoting economic diversity. Results highlight the threats of human-induced change while emphasizing the potential for economic growth and improved living standards for the Temiar community. The impact of mutual funds performances on the trading behavior (feedback effect) of foreign investors are also to be investigated. Since there have been increasing demand for much more secured and cheaper investment, such as mutual funds, the study on these funds is crucial. Granger causality, Spearman’s rho and Vector Autoregressive model analyses are applied on daily data of foreign institutional and retail buy, sell and net flows volume and Malaysia’s average mutual fund returns from 1st October 2009 to 31st December 2019. The findings reveal that only foreign retail investors have cause-effect relationships with the performance of the mutual funds. Thus, mutual funds companies, especially in the emerging countries, should be given more attention to foreign retail investors in attracting them to remain invest in our mutual funds for long-term. Having better anticipated returns would also discourage those foreign retail investors from selling the funds, indeed, would motivate them to contribute more into the funds. The method of subject analysis and the stakeholder theory are adopted as the main approaches to achieve the goal by analysing the methods to help rural tourism development from four dimensions: local government, local community, travel agency, and residents. According to China's conditions and experience from other countries, the paper finally puts forward four strategies for China's rural tourism regernation. Specifically, for the government, the accessible strategies are to provide low-interest loans to tourism practitioners, for communities, it is proper to help scenic spots install disinfection facilities. Considering the travel agencies, to develop Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) programs could help, and residents in rural tourism destinations can participate in the environmental protection to help the revitalisation. The practical significance of this study is mainly to provide theoretical basis for the development direction of rural destinations in China in the post-epidemic period. At the same time, other countries with similar situation to China's rural tourism can also make selective reference. Therefore, the research aimed in investigating impact of personal and social variables in influencing employability of the Malaysian youth from marginalised community. Quantitative research design that uses questionnaire were selected by researcher in conducting the research. Around 1181 Malaysian youth at the age range from 15 to 25 years old from marginalised community were selected to participate in this study. Probability sampling method were used in selecting the participants of the study. The study applied a correlational research design whereby a conceptual model was developed. Findings of the study showed positive association between personal variables (self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-determination) and employability of the Malaysian youth from marginalised community. Hence, youth with high self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-determination reported to have higher employability. Besides that, outcome of the study showed positive association between social variables (parental influences, socioeconomic status and role model) and employability of the Malaysian youth from marginalised community. A youth with higher parental influences, socioeconomic status and role model has higher employability. This research developed a model of theory that explains the influences of personal and social variables on employability of Malaysian youth from marginalised community. The research considers the impact of Training and Development on employee performance for businesses at all levels. It is typically vital for administrations of firms to maintain their employees' knowledge and abilities. It becomes of utmost importance for private companies, to gather new information for competitively serving and then to communicate it to the staff using some sorted out and precise methodology. Assessing this, descriptive and quite empirical approach is chosen to conduct an investigation looking at the impact that T and D has on the performance level of workers. The sample size in this study was 150 respondents of different private companies in Bangladesh. Major findings show that the majority of employees agree with in the points by indicating that T & D had a positive impact on their job knowledge, work quality and quantity, functional skills, and motivation and loyalty are all strongly or moderately but constructively related to their performance. Second, to examine the relationship between debt management and bankruptcy, and lastly to determine the relationship between lifestyle and bankruptcy. 388 questionnaires were distributed to students in a public university in the Shah Alam area. The researcher applied convenience sampling as the sampling method. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Throughout this research, the Level of Awareness among students in Shah Alam is recorded as high-level group awareness with a mean of 4.3083. Besides, the result also found that there is a positive relationship between the two independent variables - debt management and lifestyle- which has a weak and very weak relationship with the dependent variable - bankruptcy. This study can give awareness to the youth, especially the students of UiTM Shah Alam, regarding the importance of maintaining financial stability at a young age so as not to fall into bankruptcy later. The paper proposed the concept of ‘the community of rural development’: the actors who participate in rural planning, housing and infrastructure construction, industrial development, environmental improvement and social progress, and analysed its evolutionary process from traditional to modern and social network structure characteristics. On this basis, the study proposed six models of rural development in China and selected six typical cases for detailed analysis. These models include village committee-led, peasant organization-led, township enterprise-led, government-led, external enterprise-led and NGO-led. Based on the methodology of social network analysis, the paper designed a simulated routing to analyse the network evolution characteristics of these models and elaborated four output indicators: clustering coefficient, average path length, density and degree centrality of the core actor. The results showed that the internal-actor-led model is superior to the external-actor-led model due to the close inter-relationships among the participants and the strong influence of the core actor. The artistic value has always been argued and discussed as the era changes occasionally. The artistic world has again learned the value of integrating and applying technology to artists' artworks. The technology enforcement, in alignment with the demands of the new generations, kept contextual and conceptual artworks secondary. This paper will elaborate on the relationship between technological applications and artworks' impact. As the digital era shifted rapidly, more advanced technological applications were valued more than conceptual value. Art appreciation has become more tangible rather than elaborate. Thus, it is important to simulate a conceptual framework to understand the phenomenon properly. Multiple understandings of the theory of the development of technological implications support the conceptual framework. This study conducted exploratory research by collecting primary data through a focus group interview with Fine Artists, Graphic Artists, and Hybrid Artists in an open session and discussing by elaborating on the topics mentioned. An underlying understanding of the conceptual framework has been achieved, and a new conceptual framework has been developed. This paper is limited to the technological implications of the value of artworks and the artist's experience. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were used. The performance of the banks was tested through several variables, such as Deposits, Investments, Loan-to-Deposit ratio, Imports, Exports, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net income, Earnings per Share (EPS), etc. These variables were then examined using statistical measures, such as growth percentage, trend equations, the square of the correlation coefficient, and a correlation matrix. Sixty trend equations and R-squared were tested for twelve different banks’ activities. From the study, it has been found that banks are facing some challenges due to ongoing economic crisis and liquidity crisis. However, all the banks are trying to recover from the economic crisis, and some banks are doing very well, while some banks are facing hardships to cope with the situation. The findings of the trend analysis and correlation matrix of the study are expected to direct the first-generation commercial banks of Bangladesh to improve their performance.
