Students need visualization skills and creative thinking to understand microcontroller concepts, describe installation processes, and write program code. Effective teaching aids are crucial for learning electronics, including circuit design, simulation, microcontroller connections, programming, and testing. However, the syllabus does not adequately address the visualization skills needed for understanding microcontrollers. This study focuses on developing an Augmented Reality (AR) module to address these issues. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with three experienced instructors, including a curriculum developer with expertise in information technology and electronics. The interviews transcribed and analyzed using ATLAS.ti software revealed unanimous agreement on the need for teaching aids, particularly for microcontrollers and electronic components design. The respondents advocated for a digital learning platform, with an AR module as the proposed solution. The findings highlight the urgency and efficacy of developing an AR module for teaching the IoT course. This solution aims to bridge gaps in the educational system, enhancing student understanding and engagement, with implications for lecturers, researchers, and the Ministry of Higher Education.","PeriodicalId":13768,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"48 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141647366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, the paper also aims to test the role of self-efficacy working as a mediating variable in this relationship, since the potential mediating mechanism has found its support in the theoretical context of social cognitive theory, where interaction and influence take place among environmental, personal, and behavioral elements. Thus, this study may offer a better understanding of the role played by personality traits such as self-efficacy in the influential path of transformational leadership toward work performance. Strategic management practices, which involve the planning, directing, organizing, and controlling of strategies, are essential for achieving organizational objectives. Despite the theoretical and empirical support for the positive impact of strategic management on organizational performance, there is limited understanding of the underlying mechanisms that mediate this relationship. This study explores the theoretical framework of the mediation roles of organizational commitment and teamwork in the relationship between strategic management practices and public organizations' performance. Strategic management, a continuous process encompassing the planning, directing, organizing, and controlling of strategies, is vital for achieving organizational objectives. It involves evaluating business environments, setting goals, and reassessing strategies to ensure their effectiveness. This study posits that organizational commitment enhances teamwork, as committed employees are more inclined to collaborate towards common goals, thus fostering effective team dynamics. Teamwork, in turn, facilitates the implementation of strategic management practices by enabling better information sharing, coordination, and conflict resolution. Consequently, effective teamwork and strong organizational commitment can significantly enhance the impact of strategic management on organizational performance. The findings indicate that cooperation and organizational commitment are essential mediators in the link between strategic management practices and organizational success. This theoretical framework highlights the importance of strategic management in improving organizational performance by reducing costs, developing innovative goods and processes, and enhancing quality, productivity, and market","PeriodicalId":13768,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"52 17","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141651753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
