Students need visualization skills and creative thinking to understand microcontroller concepts, describe installation processes, and write program code. Effective teaching aids are crucial for learning electronics, including circuit design, simulation, microcontroller connections, programming, and testing. However, the syllabus does not adequately address the visualization skills needed for understanding microcontrollers. This study focuses on developing an Augmented Reality (AR) module to address these issues. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with three experienced instructors, including a curriculum developer with expertise in information technology and electronics. The interviews transcribed and analyzed using ATLAS.ti software revealed unanimous agreement on the need for teaching aids, particularly for microcontrollers and electronic components design. The respondents advocated for a digital learning platform, with an AR module as the proposed solution. The findings highlight the urgency and efficacy of developing an AR module for teaching the IoT course. This solution aims to bridge gaps in the educational system, enhancing student understanding and engagement, with implications for lecturers, researchers, and the Ministry of Higher Education.","PeriodicalId":13768,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"48 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141647366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Notable governmental investment has been channelled into research, development, commercialisation, and innovation, with the overarching objective of catalysing technological innovation conducive to the application and adoption of technology within industries and communities. Despite the engagement of various stakeholders in this endeavour, previous studies have underscored the capability of Technology Transfer Professionals (TTPs) as a central constraint, thereby complicating the process. Through qualitative inquiry, this study identifies several factors contributing to these obstacles, including commercialisation awareness, government support, technology maturity, and TTP skillset, which may impede the technology transfer process. Accordingly, the study aims to explore the challenges hindering TTP performance and propose fundamental talent requirements – training model for enhancing their work efficacy.","PeriodicalId":13768,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"48 42","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141644772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is therefore beneficial to maintain a balance between exploration and exploitation to improve the innovativeness of products. This conceptual study aims to examine the factors that influence the product innovativeness in Jordanian industrial SMEs. Three anchor theories have been used to conceptualise product innovativeness: Resource-based theory, Dynamic capability theory and Contingency theory. This study examines product innovativeness from the dynamic capability perspective, while also considering the impact of a firm’s resources from the resource -based perspective and the environment in which a firm operates based on Contingency theory. The quantitative method employed, and data gathered through cross-sectional questionnaires. The data was analysed using the Smart-PLS 3.3.3 structural equation model. This study has proven beneficial for 1753 Jordanian industrial SMEs. The findings of this study provide practical recommendations and guidelines for policymakers and the government to assess their current policies and strategies to establish a framework for promoting product innovation in Jordanian industrial SMEs.","PeriodicalId":13768,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences","volume":"43 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141650165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, the paper also aims to test the role of self-efficacy working as a mediating variable in this relationship, since the potential mediating mechanism has found its support in the theoretical context of social cognitive theory, where interaction and influence take place among environmental, personal, and behavioral elements. Thus, this study may offer a better understanding of the role played by personality traits such as self-efficacy in the influential path of transformational leadership toward work performance. Otherwise, this craft technique may be on the verge of disappearance as the result of modernization and changing consumer inclinations, but trend-focused clothing designs are an effective way to breathe new life into this type of craft. In this study, TAM and TII are employed to facilitate a discussion of the traditional embroidery in modern clothing. They envisage the continued economic feasibility of Suzhou embroidery, changed perception and a sustainable fashion system.
