Video surveillance, more commonly called CCTV (closed-circuit television), is an industry that is more than 30 years old and one that has had its share of technology changes.Video Surveillance has become an indispensable component for ensuring public safety in the modern world. Sophisticated video object tracking techniques specially designed for surveillance applications are of increasing importance for analyzing and understanding numerous surveillance videos in an effective manner. A large majority of video surveillance applications are concerned with monitoring activities within structured environments, such as indoor environments, surrounding areas of buildings, highways, traffic junctions, etc., the structures of which are often static and known to the surveillance personnel. One important characteristic of moving objects in these applications is that the motions of objects are constrained by the structure of the environment under surveillance. Therefore, it is beneficial and essential to explore the impacts of the environments upon the object motions, and integrate them into object tracking for improved performances.The problem of video surveillance has been well studied which has been adapted for several issues. The behavior of any human can be monitored through video surveillance. There are number of approaches available for the video surveillance and behavior analysis. The previous methods uses background models, object tracking for the problem of behavior analysis.Pervasive usage of video surveillance is rapidly increasing in developed countries. Continuous security threats to public safety demand use of such systems. Contemporary video surveillance systems offer advanced functionalities which threaten the privacy of those recorded in the video. These applications allow a user to define free image tags, contributing significantly to the development of the retrieval and organization of web images. Searching image by tags is an important part of an image viewed by a user on social websites. There are many kinds of applications which use image annotation and one of them is Flicker. Flicker application allows user to annotate images with the set of descriptors such as tags, labels, keywords however in that application one of the drawback of duplication of the images with same tags, and which is not reliable for the diversity of Flicker application. The main challenge is to remove duplication of image in order to provide diversity of the images. One of the goal is to re-rank the images by their visual information, semantic information and social result for the particular image count. Typically, each user provides multiple images, so the task is to order the images by a ranking process. Here the design of Rectenna is proposed where Dielectric Resonator Antenna is used as antenna to receive RF signal. A microstrip fed Triangular Dielectric Resonator Antenna (TDRA) for ISM frequency is proposed here. It is observed that Triangular DRA exhibits a radiated power of 0.9033W with respect to 1W incident power and maximum gain of 5.3866 dBi. Tha AC signal received by TDRA is given to a rectifier & through proper impedance matching circuit. The rectified pulsating DC signal is given to filter to produce pure dc current. This paper is consisting of the current limiting techniques which are used to suppress the excess magnitude of fault current during fault. Various types of fault current limiters are used in the power system. The focus here is on superconducting fault current limiting reactors. SFCL is a device which overcomes the problems due to the increased fault current levels. To study the properties of regolith for planetary surface for in situ measurement, it is necessary to deploy wireless sensor network on MARS surface. There is a challenging task to deploy the sensors on a planet like the MARS and it requires theoretical Perception before applying along any space mission, as it includes large amount of investment. In this paper, we have learned theoretical details involved in the deployment of sensors on the MARS. In this paper, we propose different sensor node deployment strategies for WSN for maximum coverage prediction.
