Abstract

It is very important for RF energy harvesting es to optimize output power and to achieve sustainable energy. Here the design of Rectenna is proposed where Dielectric Resonator Antenna is used as antenna to receive RF signal. A microstrip fed Triangular Dielectric Resonator Antenna (TDRA) for ISM frequency is proposed here.
