The significant expansion of \u0000international trade in ICT products is becoming an important trend in the global economy as a \u0000whole. Taking into account the fact that the policy of the Russian Federation in the field of ICT \u0000is taking shape at a qualitatively new economic, political and social levels, in the context of \u0000scientific and technological changes, our state has every chance of getting high positions in the \u0000ratings of the leading countries of the world innovation system. However, as a result of market \u0000reforms in Russia, special features of development have emerged that differ both from the old \u0000Soviet system and from the new one borrowed from Western countries. This was manifested in the \u0000deterioration of the values of certain indicators, for example, characterizing the outflow of highly \u0000qualified specialists. In addition to the above, active integration into globalization processes \u0000requires Russia to have its own advanced technologies as a significant factor in ensuring competitive \u0000advantages. The supply of domestic modern technologies in the world market determines not only \u0000the dynamics of world trade, but also the level of development of the state itself. It poses a serious danger to the ship's hull and ship \u0000metal structures, as it leads to a sharp increase in the rate of corrosion damage to one of the \u0000contacting metals. Therefore, the fight against contact corrosion is one of the most urgent tasks in \u0000the field of anti-corrosion protection of ships. The developed compositions have been \u0000tested in the manufacture of pilot batches of paving slabs. The introduction of fly ash and crushing \u0000screenings of burnt rocks into the composition of concrete improves the physical and mechanical \u0000properties of products with significant savings in cement. The applicability of the investigated \u0000technogenic raw materials in fine-grained concrete, intended for the manufacture of paving slabs \u0000and road paving elements, has been proved. The subject of the study isthe organizational and informational aspects of improving the management of the electric and heat energy sectors in the Russian energy sector. The necessity of “pushing” the Russian economy out of the crisis cycle due to investment stimulation of economic growth is substantiated. The electric and heat energy sector in the Russian energy sector has been proposed as a sectoral driver of eco-nomic growth and investment applications, since it is in this sector that competitive conditions for most Russian businesses are formed, which are energy-dependent and often energy-intensive. The main directions of digital restructuring of the entire system for managing electric and heat power assets are formulated. The basic principles of risk-based management based on intelligent cyber-physical systems are developed.
