Basically, there are two possible approaches: explicit and implicit context approaches. Actually, all known knowledge representation techniques are based on the explicit context representation where the meanings of the represented concepts, properties and relations are defined by names. The explicit context approach is illustrated on the example of Linked Data concept for the structured representation of data on the Web. The implicit context representation is based on contexts defined by natural language structures (words, phrases, paragraphs, documents) and the meaning is defined using semantic categories representing semantically relevant words and phrases in different contexts. The solution includes operation of PV with predetermined leading power factor and addition of a capacitor bank in parallel to PV plant in order to compensate the reactive power absorbed by the PV inverters. It can thus be considered a very promising architecture for the three-dimensional (3D) video transmission. Differently from the conventional 2D video, the depth perception is the most important aspect characterizing 3D streams. It significantly influences the mobile users Quality of Experience (QoE). However, it requires the transmission of additional information as well as more bandwidth and a lower loss probability. The goal of this paper is to investigate how both 3D video formats and their average encoding rate impact on the quality experienced by the end users when the video flow is delivered through the LTE network. To this aim, objective metrics like the ratio of lost packets, Peak Signal to Noise Ratio, delay, and goodput are adopted for measuring QoS and QoE degrees. In this paper we examine the pulse response of the capacitive intrabody communication channel for two different electrode configurations (electrode pairs A and B). As an excitation signal we use 0 dBm square wave signals with 1 MHz, 10 MHz, and 40 MHz frequency. Transmitter-receiver distance was set to 4 cm, 16 cm, 28 cm, 36 cm, and 120 cm. The received signals for both electrode configurations were positive and negative pulses with the duration much shorter than the original square wave signal. We have compared the amplitudes and durations of the received signals. The amplitude was higher for the electrode pair B configuration. This accuracy is limited by the accuracy class of the current and voltage measuring instruments and parameter reliability of power transmission lines. The paper presents the reasons for the low accuracy of current and voltage measuring transformers used in practice in the high voltage power networks. To solve the fault detection location problem, it is proposed to use unconventional measuring means with linear frequency response in a sufficiently wide range of frequencies and current and voltage changes corresponding to the short-circuit mode. These devices require a non-traditional installation: directly on the power line wires. Taking into account the characteristics of unconventional measuring means, a method for determining the parameters of transmission lines in operating conditions, and a procedure for calculation of the short-circuit point distance are proposed. The data from the sensors in each of the three clusters are fused by using a statistical method derived from the maximal ratio combining method, in order to improve the useful angular speed signal measured by the detection unit. In the paper are successively exposed the data fusion algorithm and the theoretical background of the attitude system. Finally, are shown the Matlab/Simulink software implementation and experimental validation of the redundant inertial attitude system. To perform the experimental validation of the developed redundant attitude system some data were simultaneously acquired from a three-dimensional redundant gyro sensors unit, especially realized for this action, and from an integrated navigator INS/GPS. Both systems were boarded on a testing car which played the role of the monitored vehicle. The INS/GPS system was used as reference system to evaluate the errors of attitude angles determination. Especially German TSOs have already to deal with a proportion of renewable energy generation greater than the EU goals. The resulting power transits affects to every TSOs' system operation. The required grid extension projects often run into protests and opposition from local communities. Due to national project progresses are lagged far behind their business plans. Smart Grids are one possible solution for supporting the real time operation. However, its components cannot directly controlled by TSO and falls in the DSO responsibility. For evaluating the impact of different Smart Grid approaches on TSO's real time operation a model is required. The same presumption can be stated for custom processor design. The data path of the processor can be well optimized for particular blocks of code that are formed during control flow extraction. However, larger source codes can have tens of blocks that result from Control Flow Graph (CFG). We implemented a global semi-automated flow that hierarchically forms the set of blocks which contributions are modeled into processor architecture.
