In this paper, we will propose the opened platform system for the problems for evaluation the level of learners. Any user can register problems as public or private-type in this system and use them. So our proposed system has the advantage in selecting the high quality problems by continuous reviews about that even after they have been registered. Proposed system has three different modules such as submit, evaluate and produce problems modules. A user can submit various kind of problems in the submit module. The evaluation module is a module that allows the user who is not the problem registrant to evaluate the registered problem. With the growing importance of sensor, WBAN also attracts extensive attention. Since WBAN is representatively used in the medical field, it can be directly related to the patient’s life. Hence security is very important in WBAN. Mutual authentication between the client and the application provider is essential. And efficiency is also important because a used device is limited to computation cost. In this reason, ID-based anonymous authentication scheme in WBAN has been intensively studied. We show that the recent research result of Wu et al. which is about the ID-based anonymous authentication scheme is vulnerable to impersonation attack. And we propose a new ID-based anonymous authentication scheme that is secure against the attacks discovered in the existing schemes. In this paper, it is suggested that a probabilistic prediction method based on Monte Carlo simulation for how much the annual weapon systems evaluation test excution ratio can be reached compared to the yearly initial planned test quantity. There are electrical accidents due to rise of contact temperature, loose contact between busbar, deterioration of the contact resistance, over temperature of the busbars. In this paper, we designed and implemented the busbar joint and temperature measurement system, which can measure the joint resistance of busbar and loose connection between busbar using potentiometer and non-contact infrared sensor. The experimental results show that tightening the bolt and nut is fully engaged, resistance was decreased and maximum error range was 0.1mm. However, the research on the fusion of WBAN and FANET that collects the data of ​​ the human body and passes through the FANET has not been studied much until now. Therefore, in this study, we study the data transmission system that collects the human body data of people working in the areas that are vulnerable to communication difficulties and passes the collected data through the FANET. For safety, robots must have compliance to human force and robust tracking performance with high impednace for the nonhuman disturbances. The novel idea is proposed to achieve the compliance and high impedance with one controller structure. For the compliance, the ISMC(Integral Sliding Mode Control) and HDOB(Human Disturbance Observer) The human force is identified by using the human band pass filter and its output is sent to the sliding surface. The sliding mode dynamic is affected by human disturbance and the compliance for human is achieved. The disturbances besides human frequencies are decoupled by the ISMC and the robust tracking is achieved. The additional LDOB(Low Frequency Disturbance Observer) decreases the maxim nonlinear gain and leads low chattering. The proposed algorithm is a segmentation algorithm using an automatic marked watershed that automatically creates a road marker and a background marker using information about vehicles and lanes on road and it can solve problems of a watershed-based segmentation such as overmany regions or handworks for markers. The road marker has property for pure road areas in which lanes are included but vehicles are excluded and the background marker has property for the areas left in which vehicles and background are included.
