摘要

武器系统评估的测试服务是武器系统采办或开发生命周期中最重要的过程之一。在武器系统开发完成之前,适当的评估试验可以降低武器系统开发过程中可能出现的风险和费用。本文提出了一种基于蒙特卡罗仿真的概率预测方法,用于预测每年武器系统评估试验执行率与每年初始计划试验数量相比可以达到多少。在此基础上,提出了一种武器系统评估试验量化管理方案,帮助试验计划管理者根据年度试验执行率的预测结果安排每月的试验计划。并将该方法应用于国防发展局(ADD)第8局武器系统评估射击试验数据。并对应用效果进行了检验。
