After giving the detailed discussion of the example, we construct several algorithms for different situation, and then compare their effectives, the amount of spend time etc. Finally through the judging of valuation function, we select the algorithm DMABR with best result. Texture analysis was performed in different normal appearing white matter MRI unit on T2-weighted images from one patient with multiple sclerosis. The goal of this study was a exploration on microcosmic variety of brain white matter for patient with multiple sclerosis. Each selected brain white matter region of interest was divided into three groups according to vertical up or down or horizontal direction from single signal focus. Each extracted texture parameters was variational following the distance between signal focus and ROI. This paper proposes a method for fast object location and tracing using two CCD cameras and laser range finder which can get the information of position of an object rapidly and trace the moving object in real time. The two CCD and the laser are mounted on a 2-DOF robot head and the computer system consists of two computers and a Memolink communication. The segmentation is done by using the offline threshold of the local color image of the object. The laser is used to obtain depth information of the object. In a desert with very few visual and odor information, the ant can return it's den almost along a straight line after foraging away in a distance of much more than thousands of times of it's body length. Two main mechanisms compose Cataglyphis's navigational toolbox: path integration and visual navigation. Path integration is achieved by using sky light compass based on polarized light and odometer, while visual navigation relies on landmark based memory and matching. The feature correspondence between images are extracted and refined automatically by the relation of the stereo cameras and the property of the motion. To improve the robustness, the random sample consensus (RANSAC) algorithm is adopted in the motion and structure estimation. Unlike other researchers to recover of epipolar geometry, here we use it to recover the 2D motion and to exclude the outliers not only out of the epipolar lines but also in them. Also the spirit of RANSAC is used in structure estimation to exclude the outlier from the sequence view. The most important contribution of this work is a way to make this estimation scheme more robust and efficient so as to be used in real applications. The experiments indoor and outdoor have been done to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.
