Accurate and detailed data visualization optimizes the analysis process. The article proposes a method for visualizing the IS threat model, which reduce the amount of time to process the IS threat model. The classic way to display the IS threat model is a table. Processing the classical model of IS threats is quite laborious and takes a long time for IS analysts. In addition, there remains the risk of missing part of the information due to the large amount of data. The visualization method proposed in the article includes a two- and three-dimensional representation of the threat model. Such visualization reduces the data processing time for the analyst and can be applied in the field of information security management. The result of this work is an approach to visualization of the IS threat model that takes into account the spatio-temporal factor.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116738296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, it is useful to develop some instrumentation governed by the principles of forced vibration to evaluate the health condition of a railway track. The conventional systems developed to identify track damage have large deviations in measurements and are not reliable for examining track faults such as track drainage faults and surface damaged faults. This study focuses on the development of an instrument that analyzes track damage wirelessly in real time. Based on forced vibration, the relation between the harmonic response with the amplitude is demonstrated. The developed instrument was validated on an actual railway track. The result shows that, the developed instrument can be used to determine the serviceability of the railway track, thus avoiding any potential catastrophic events.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132541413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Promising nanotechnology, Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA), is a possible platform for implementing reversible circuits. In this paper, a reversible 4 to 2 priority encoder architecture is proposed with low complexity on the QCA platform. In order to implement a reversible encoder circuit, the low-cost design of the Toffoli gate is proposed. Structural analysis using the QCADesigner simulation tool is carried out to evaluate the proposed designs.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"275 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133232100","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly, the number of court appeals is growing rapidly both from individuals and legal entities. Therefore, in any society the following tasks become extremely important.1)Reducing the time spent for the legal process, including reducing \"errors\" at various levels.2)Reducing the number of appeals to the courts and increasing the role of mediation.The authors have developed a prototype of the \"Smart Judge Assistant\", SJA, recommender system, which largely solves both tasks. The prototype of the recommender system has already successfully passed the first stage of testing by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.When developing the prototype, the authors faced various problems related to text recognition. One of them is the problem of data publicity.Objective of the article: One of the main tasks in making documents public, is to hide personal data of parties. In this article we compare several Named Entity Recognition (NER) models to extract personal information from judicial acts (in russian and kazakh languages), such as a person name, an organization name and a location name.Methodology: Four types of algorithms were chosen for training NER models: CRF (Conditional Random Fields), LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) with character embeddings, LSTM-CRF and BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers).Findings: Models trained by all four algorithms have reasonably high accuracy because of the almost alike structure of source documents in judicial dataset. BERT algorithm shows the best performance out of four algorithms (F1 score: 0.87).","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133051930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We present a brief overview of the existing Sign notations; the notations allow us to record all Sign elements in the form of a sequence of characters using alphabetic, digital, and various graphic elements. Also, we substantiate our choice of SignWriting system to record Russian Sign Language, where the signs and rules allow us to set the spatio-temporal form of Signs compactly and precisely. Next, we give examples of a Sign Writing using these characters. Finally, we demonstrate the multimedia program «SWiSL», an on-line platform to help people improve their recognition skills in Sign Language writing.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131912363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To successfully use these recordings, noise must be removed, for which an automatic detection tool is needed to speed up the detection process. Using spontaneous LFP signals recorded chronically by multisite neuronal probes in behaving rats, our results show that the LSTM model with and without drop out can achieve an accuracy of 87.1%.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116620153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An integrated approach using the results of basic research and various tools and methods of transmitting information is considered under the example of developing a distance advanced course for computer science teachers. In the course of fundamental research (2018-2020) of the influence of programming on the development of thinking of students in schools, new knowledge was obtained and various methodological techniques were developed for teaching programming. The distance course, which consists of 7 modules, includes some of the results of this research and is intended for computer science teachers. 21 students from different regions of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Sakha studied on the distance course in a short time. The approach we propose is convenient in that, in conditions of forced isolation from the professional community due to COVID-19, it allows acceleration of the dissemination of research results and their implementation in training practice.","PeriodicalId":136491,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 14th International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121347087","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
