Dimana saat ini bentuk pembelajaran sudah mulai dikolaborasikan dengan pembelajaran elektronik. Salah satu kemajuan dalam inovasi data yang berkembang pesat saat ini adalah smartphone. Namun pencipta melihat bahwa smartphone lebih sering digunakan untuk kesenangan semata, sebaliknya jika digunakan secara sah dapat digunakan dalam pegangan pembelajaran. Hasil wawancara penulis dengan pengajar dan siswa mata pelajaran IPA SMP N 2 Talamau, media pembelajaran bersumber dari buku paket dan internet, guru lebih sering menggunakan metode ceramah dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu karena mempersiapkan media membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. para siswa mengatakan bahwa instruktur menjelaskan pelajaran juga cepat dan cenderung membosankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan sebuah media pembelajaran Ipa berbasis Android yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan software Adobe flash CS6 dan beberapa dukungan lainnya. This study aims to look at the implementation of Financial Governance carried out at Islamic Education Institutions Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Medan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using primary data (through interviews and distributing questionnaires) and secondary data). Penelitian ini mengkaji persoalan pendidikan Islam di tengah arus globalisasi, seperti perubahan pada nilai, tantangan teknologi, dan perubahan pola peserta didik. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis dampak globalisasi terhadap pendidikan Islam dan menemukan solusi yang sesuai. Metode penelitian meliputi kajian literatur. Hasil temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya mengembangkan kurikulum yang memasukkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan pembelajaran global, serta keterlibatan teknologi dalam metode pembelajaran yang konsisten dengan prinsip-prinsip agama. Jenis Penleitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kuantitatif Assosiatif metode yang digunakan metode Korelasi Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang korelasi persepsi siswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Hybrid dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran SDAM prodi PTIK di IAIN Bukittingg yang telah diuraikan Untuk korelasi antara persepsi siswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Hybrid dengan hasil belajar siswa memiliki korelasi positif dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,557. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara persepsi siswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Hybrid dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata pelajaran SDAM pada prodi PTIK. Koefisien determinasi yang penulis dapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 29.9%, artinya besar sumbangan (kontribusi) dari persepsi mahasiswa terhadap hasi belajar sebesar 31,02% dan sisanya sebesar 70.168,98% disebabkan oleh faktor lain. untuk mengetahui signifikasi dari penelitian ini, maka didapatkan nilai sig Uji korelasi hitung sebesar o,00 dari yang jika dibandingkan kriteria nya yaitu nilai sig < 0,005. Artinya ada korelasi yang signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Hybrid dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran SDAM prodi PTIK IAIN Bukittinggi.
