However, in some security systems, it is necessary to observe objects from a certain side. For example, to identify a person you need to see the person's face. If people walk along the corridor in one direction (for example, for passport control before boarding a plane), then it is necessary to monitor the strip with video cameras directed one way. Thus, in a simplified formulation, the problem arises of constructing the least dense coverage of a strip by identical sectors in such a way that the vertex of each sector is from a given side of the points covered by the sector. The algorithm of each microcontroller operation in the group and the block diagram of the group consisting of N microcontrollers are presented. Timing diagrams of signals of synchronous operation and clock pulses of the microcontrollers group are given. The result of the work, at the first stage, is the counting of received clock pulses by microcontroller software, which allows synchronizing the microcontrollers performing a task using the different system frequencies. In the second stage, the use of a precision real-time clock and of an «AND» gate ensures high synchronization accuracy at the time of the start and end of the work. A program that calculates the number of clock pulses for each microcontroller of the synchronized group based on the clock frequency of the microcontroller, on the frequency of the clock generator and on the period of synchronous operation is developed. The calculated coefficients can be used in the development of the microcontroller synchronization code. The production function with constant elasticity of substitution is used. The decision maker's (DM's) preferences are introduced as follows: lower labor costs and costs of the basic production assets have the greater importance than higher income, and vice a versa. The fuzzy preferences along with the compromise have a degree of its confidence. Such crisp and fuzzy information is applied in the axiomatic approach of the Pareto set reduction by V. D. Noghin. We show how to construct a set, which is an upper bound of the optimal choice and belongs to the Pareto set of the problem in crisp and fuzzy cases. In fuzzy case one should solve a three crisp multicriteria problems. The paper offers a review of mathematical models designed for calculating forecast values of the input capacities of electric power systems for various strategies of the generating equipment dismantling. We study the vector model that takes into account three types of generating. A new integral model accounts for division of the generating equipment into certain age groups with various technical and economic functioning parameters described the capacity aging processes. We also consider a search problem for the optimal generating equipment lifetime for a given demand for electricity and minimum total costs of commissioning and operating the capacities. We build a forecast for commissioning of generating capacities for various power consumption scenarios and economic indices. Numerical solution to the optimization problem of the generating equipment dismantling time is given. A method for calculating the difference of the modes delays through the frequency characteristics without finding the time response at the MF output is proposed. On example of the interdigital, L-shaped and spiral structures simulation, the possibility of increasing the difference of the modes delay due to the application of the periodic profile of the coupling region is considered. The influence of a covering layer with a high dielectric constant in MF on the behavior of the frequency characteristics and the value of the difference of the modes delays is shown. Based on the increase of the number of correlation links between the parameters of the epiphysis and the immune system, as well as intraimmune connections, a conclusion has been made about a reduction in adaptive capacity and an increase in the intensity of the functioning of the immune system and the epiphyseal-immune complex at round-the-clock (all-day) illumination, which disrupts circadian rhythms and blocks the synthesis of melatonin in the pineal gland, and also in mice with a genetically determined melatonin synthesis deficiency.
