The high economic and energetic efficiency was also observed during inoculation of soybean with rhizobia pure culture. However, no significant positive impact of A. brasilense applied separately was found in terms of studied parameters.","PeriodicalId":135696,"journal":{"name":"Agriciltural microbiology","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122351541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The positive changes of 37-days ducks intestinal microflora were revealed after two weeks of yeast P. rhodozyma biomasses application in 6- day-old birds’ diet (1 % of the weight of feed). It was a decrease of the E. coli total number and pathogenic staphylococci strains, the absence of Enterobacteriaceae (lac–) strains against the high number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. The E. coli total number reduced by 10 times at the expense of E. coli (lac±)-strains compared to 37-day birds three weeks after the experiment. The staphylococcus non-pathogenic strains number in 58-days ducks experimental group caecum contents reduced compared to 37-day birds three weeks after the experiment. Thus, the using of caroteneproduced yeast P. rhodozyma biomass in poultry diets helps to prevent violations of intestinal microflora and occurrence dysbiosis at critical periods of growth and development.","PeriodicalId":135696,"journal":{"name":"Agriciltural microbiology","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114124246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Екологічно доцільним при вирощуванні картоплі є внесення 40 т/га гною великої рогатої худоби (хоча і з певним застереженням, зважаючи на високий рівень емісії N2O), мінеральних добрив у нормах, що не перевищують N90P60K120, та використання проміжної сидерації. Застосування високої норми туків (N135P90K180) та органо-мінерального удобрення(40 т/га гною + N90P60K120) пригнічує процес азотфіксації і призводить до значних втрат газоподібних сполук азоту. Біогран сприяє зростанню активності азотфіксації і зменшеннюемісії N2O за використання по екологічно доцільних фонах мінеральних добрив та за поєднання з сидератом.
