The E. coli total number reduced by 10 times at the expense of E. coli (lac±)-strains compared to 37-day birds three weeks after the experiment. The staphylococcus non-pathogenic strains number in 58-days ducks experimental group caecum contents reduced compared to 37-day birds three weeks after the experiment. 摘要

研究了饲粮中添加胡萝卜酵母法菲酵母生物量对北京肉仔鸭肠道菌群组成的影响。在6日龄禽鸟饲粮(饲料重量的1%)中添加酵母红酵母菌生物量2周后,37日龄鸭肠道菌群发生了积极变化。大肠杆菌总数和致病性葡萄球菌数量减少,肠杆菌科(lac -)菌株缺失,双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量较多。实验三周后,大肠杆菌总数减少了10倍,而大肠杆菌(lac±)菌株的数量减少了37天的鸟类。试验3周后,试验组58日龄鸭盲肠内容物中的非致病性葡萄球菌数量较37日龄鸭有所减少。因此,在家禽日粮中使用胡萝卜素产生的酵母P. rhodozyma生物量有助于防止在生长发育的关键时期对肠道微生物群的破坏和生态失调的发生。
