Anxiety can be harmful to one's mental health. The aim of this research was to determine the factors that influence public anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is descriptive correlational research with a cross sectional approach. A total of 96 respondents were involved from three villages with the characteristics of distant, middle, and close to urban areas. Samples from each village were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Public anxiety was measured using the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale. The relationship between variables was analyzed using the Chi-Square Test. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, most people experienced anxiety (68.8%). Most of the respondents aged <40 years (68.8%), female (62.5%), junior high school education (35.5%), low economic status (66.7) and varied sources of information (75% ). The factor related to public anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic in the work area of the Kasemen Health Center was age (p value: 0.0001; OR = 11.2). Factors of gender, education, economic status, and sources of information have no relationship with public anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. \u0000 Keywords: public anxiety, Covid-19 pandemic","PeriodicalId":134822,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Islamic Nursing","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122891964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Eight countries account for two-thirds of new TB cases in the world, namely India, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and South Africa. So for that it is very necessary to take precautions so as not to infect family members by increasing knowledge through health education. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education on compliance with pulmonary tuberculosis patients in preventing transmission of Mycobacteria Tuberculosis.  This study uses the design used in this study is a quasi-experimental design method with the method of one group pre and post-test design. The sample size of this research is 30 people. The health education method used is the individual method as a requirement for conducting research during the COVID 19 pandemic and the media used to provide health education is a poster. The tool used to measure compliance is a questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect on health education on the level of pulmonary tuberculosis patients to prevent transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis (p value was 0.000). Screening is the first step that must be carried out on all suspected people including every hospital visitor. In principle, all visitors should be screened even if they are asymptomatic because some infected cases do not show any symptoms. The purpose of the study: to analyze the dominant factors that influence the implementation of Covid 19 screening at Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The stages of this research are starting from the preparation, implementation, and analysis stages. The design used is a quantitative design with a causal association approach, which is to see a causal relationship. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The next step is to present the data and draw conclusions. The results of this study were found that the factors of officers, patients, PPE, policies, and the environment affected the implementation of the Covid 19 screening with p-values of 0.001, 0.000, 0.002, 0.001, and 0.002, respectively. The most dominant factor influencing is the officer factor with the results of univariate analysis, namely Y = 19,877 + 0,091X1 + 0,045X2 + 0,080X3 + 0,043X4 + 0,072X5. This study concludes that the officer factor is the most dominant factor influencing the implementation of Covid 19 screening.","PeriodicalId":134822,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Islamic Nursing","volume":"16 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125785021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Immune responses were detected in maternal blood, cord blood, and breast milk. The T-cell had the potential to against viral variants. Covid-19 vaccination resulted in low disruption among lactating women. There was no difference in side effects between pregnant and nonpregnant women. This study examines chest physiotherapy with a tripod and Fowler's position in oxygen saturation. Quantitative analysis using quasi-experimental method and two-group pre-test-posttest design with 50 samples using accidental sampling technique. Statistical test using unpaired t test showed a significant difference in average oxygen saturation using a tripod position with a P-Value of 0.00. The tripod position showed better results as indicated by the increase in oxygen saturation from 93.40 to 97.64 compared to the Fowler position which increased from 92.64% to 95.52. Therefore, this study suggests chest physiotherapy using a tripod position is more effective in increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients. Many people have died due to the COVID-19 virus. Elderly, is the age group that most of the victims in this case. Being infected with COVID-19 causes patients to experience shortness of breath, high fever, dry cough and weakness. The government is currently promoting the Adaptation of New Habits as an effort to prevent the transmission and increase of COVID-19 cases. When surveying 10 elderly people directly in the field in RT 004 and 003, the researchers found 7 elderly people who did not know about adapting new habits as a prevention effort and 3 other elderly people said they had heard from television broadcasts but could not explain well the description of adaptation of new habits. Therefore, the elderly need accurate and well-delivered information. One way to convey the right information to the elderly is to use health education with poster media. Poster media can contain information in a size that can be seen and understood by the elderly. The research will be conducted using the Pre-Experimental Design method with the One group pre and posttest design method using primary and secondary data which will be processed by the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of poster education about the new habits of the Covid 19 era on the level of knowledge of the elderly as a high risk group.
