Several studies found contradictory effects in different groups of patients. Subiyanto (2018) states that the elevation position of the head 30 degrees lateral left with a time of 5 minutes to 30 minutes has been effective to provide positive changes to the hemodynamic status. But at the Hospital the time used to position the patient is 120 minutes, so it is necessary to know the hemodynamic changes that occur during 120 minute. This study a aimed to determine a the effective time for the left lateral position of the head elevation of 30 degrees to the hemodynamic status . The research design used was a quasi experimental pre-test-posttest design with a control group. The population was all patients who were installed mechanically at the ICU General Hospital (RSU) Tangerang District in April to July 2019. Samples of 15 respondents in the intervention group and 15 respondents in the control group used purposive sampling technique. Results Estimated significant influence between the left lateral position of the head elevation of 30 degrees to the hemodynamic status on systolic blood pressure P value 0.045, diastolic blood pressure value P 0.001, MAP value P 0.000, Heart Rate value P 0.002 and respiratory rate P value 0.09. There is no effect on SPO 2 P value 0.334. No effective time was identified for the implementation of the left lateral position of the head elevation of 30 degrees to the hemodynamic status. in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, MAP, Hearth Rate and Respiratory Rate there was a significant increase in the mean value for 120 minutes, while in SPO 2 there was a change in the average value of SPO2 . The purpose of this study was to explore in depth the meaning of the experience of mothers with HIV / AIDS as a parent in implementing parenting. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive phenomenology approach. While the data collection method used is by using in-depth interviews until 40-60 minutes. The participants were five people who were registered as patients at the Poli Flamboyan RSUD Kota Cilegon. We used phenomenological data analysis with Collaizi’s approach. The researcher applied the ethical principles in the form of Respect for Autonomy and self-determination, Confidentiality and anonymity, and Protection from discomfort and harm. The results obtained five themes which significantly describes wail of the wife with HIV / AIDS status, unbelieve in HIV / AIDS status, fear of being stigmatized, the impact of HIV on the adoption of parenting styles and feelings of failure to become mothers. There needs to be education or counseling for parents with HIV / AIDS regarding choosing the implementation of parenting for children along with the Peer Support Group (KDS) program for people with HIV / AIDS to increase the spirit of ODHA to continue their life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes with the behavior of condom use in homosexual PLHAs. This research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross-sectional approach (cross sectional), namely the measurement of the independent variable and the dependent variable carried out simultaneously with a sample of 64 out of 179 homosexuals. Measurement of variables is done by direct interview using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses the chi-square statistical test . The results of the study based on the age of the most aged <30 years as many as 39 people (60.9%), based on the education of the majority of respondents, namely high school as many as 51 people (79.7%). from the results of the bivariate analysis that there was no significant relationship between education and the attitude of the use of condoms to the compliance of condom use in homosexual PLHAs (p = 0.638) . Can be used as a reference in preventing the increase in HIV / AIDS among the community through various kinds of training for people who will be involved in conducting counseling and direct guidance to the community about HIV/AIDS and can provide information about HIV/AIDS to the community and provide motivation for sufferers to continue to live. Hyperglycemia that is not well controlled can cause many complications, one of which is interference with the flow of peripheral blood vessels that can cause diabetic ulcers. Vascularity disorders can be prevented with Buerger Allen Exercise therapy and Diabetic Foot Spa to increase the value of ABI. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of Buerger Allen Exercise therapy and Diabetic Foot Spa to the value of ABI in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. The design of this study was Quasi Experiment Pre and post test two groups with 15 group A respondents given Buerger Allen Exercise intervention and 15 group B respondents given Diabetic Foot Spa intervention. The results showed that there was an increase in the value of ABI after intervention in both groups with the difference in the increase in the Buerger Allen Exercise group by 0.050 while the Diabetic Foot Spa group by 0.113. The conclusion of this study is that there was an increase in ABI values in both groups after the intervention but the Diabetic Foot Spa group had a higher increase. Technological developments require teenagers to use gadgets every day. The high use of gadgets at night will lead to insufficient healthy sleep needs in adolescents so that the quality and time of sleep is reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between gadget use and adolescent sleep quality. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional Study approach with the Non Random Sampling method and the questionnaire used in the use of gadgets is the Smartphone Compulsion Test while the sleep quality questionnaire is the KKT. The sample used was 100 students. The results of the analysis that has been tested by Chi Square show that the hypothesis tested in the study is accepted with a significant value of 0.000, which means less than 0.05 (p> 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the sleep quality of adolescents in SMA Negeri 2 Majene. It is hoped that teenagers can limit their use of gadgets and use gadgets properly without disturbing sleep quality. Job satisfaction has a positive impact for nurses in doing their work.The interest is a mental process that creates whether positive or negative feelings to each individual that are associated with satisfaction in work. The purpose of this research is to identify the relations interest of being a nurse and job satisfaction at \"X\" Hospital. The method of this research is using probability sampling with 167 samples according to inclusion criteria. The instrument that is being used is modification from various literature reviews which will test to validate and the reliability results to get the valid and reliable results. Results: The average age of the nurses in the Inpatient Room of the “X” Hospital are 33 years old, 9.6 years of working, most of them are female with a Diploma Nursing education, had PNS staff status, are married, and worked in the inpatient unit. Conclusion: The Factors that have a relations with job satisfaction are age, work units, years of service, employment status, and the most influential factor towards the job satisfaction that is the interest of being a nurse. It is usually accompained by the spread of pain to the limb area. One of the causes is the duration of work and the wrong sitting position. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between work duration and driver sitting position with low back pain of the drivers at Malengkeri Station Makassar . The type of research is quantitative with cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted at Station Tamalate Malengkeri Makassar in July 2018. The number of sample is 81 respondents by total sampling technique. The results of the analysis uvivariat showed that the number of respondents with low back pain complaint is 58 respondents (71.6%) and without complaint is 23 respondents (28.4%). Ideal work duration is 22 respondents (27.25) and not ideal is 59 respondents (72.8%). Good sitting position is 27 respondents (33.3%) and that are bad sitting position is 54 respondents (66.7%). The statistical test using is Chi-square analysis with a significance level of 0,005. The result showed there is a signficant correlation between work duration with low back pain (p=0.000 < 0,05) and significant correlation between driver sitting position with low back pain (p=0.000 < 0,05). It can be concluded that there is correlation between work duration and driving sitting position with low back pain of the drivers at Malengkeri Station Makassar . Patients who are admitted to the Hospital there are Rukhshah (ease of doing worship). If the patient is unable to stand up, then prayer can be done by sitting, lying down or by gesturing. This study aims to get an overview of the prayer practice of patients being admitted to the hospital and the reasons for the patients not praying while being admitted to the hospital. The sample of this study was 65 patients admitted to the Hospital X that were collected by Jayakarta STIKes Students when conducting spiritual studies patients to do nursing care when practicing nurses basic nursing profession in the Academic Year 2019/2020. The questionnaire includes a spiritual assessment contained in the portfolio. The research method is cross sectional study with descriptive studies. The results showed the majority of patients (41.5%, N=65) during their admitted to the hospital had never prayed. The reason for patients not praying while being admitted to the Hospital the majority (23.1%) is because they do not know how to pray, before being sick they rarely pray (18.5%), some (9.2%) argue that if there is no need to pray, there is no prayer equipment (4.6) %). Recommendations for further research are research on nurses' knowledge about prayer for patients admitted to the hospitals. Furthermore, nurses need to be given training on the practice of prayer and rukhshah to worship for patients admitted to the hospitals.
