The developed electronic system eliminates the disadvantages of the existing systems. Based on the results the microcontroller calculates and automatically detects geographical area and retrieve relevant data for sunrise and sunset in the area, respectively ensures very precise ON/OFF mode of the lighting system. The circuit uses a light sensor to sense the light. It doesn’t need operator maintenance and initial installation setup. The developed electronic device increases bulb life in result of the dimming effect. On the other hand this decrease of the illumination leads to reduce in the energy consumption. By using this system manual workare removed.It automatically switches ON lights when the sunlight goes below the visible region of your eyes. It automatically switches OFF light under illumination by sunlight.This is done by a sensor called Light Dependant Resister(LDR) which sences light actually like our eyes.","PeriodicalId":13360,"journal":{"name":"Imperial journal of interdisciplinary research","volume":"42 2 1","pages":"210-215"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91022254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ultra-capacitors are typically used in renewable energy systems to improve the system's reliability and energy conversion efficiency. The controller of the converter system has been designed and simulated based on the integration of both Current Mode Control and Linear Quadratic Regulator methods. The controller performance is tested under different modes of operating conditions in bidirectional converter using MATLAB/Simulink simulation package. The simulation results show that a good DC bus voltage regulation is achieved in the tested conditions. In addition to that, the controller ensures smooth transition between the buck and boost modes of the bidirectional converter operation.","PeriodicalId":13360,"journal":{"name":"Imperial journal of interdisciplinary research","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86149503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this sign of progress still requires additional efforts to achieve the Millennium Development Goal of reducing the risk. This paper attempts to test empirically the different factors affecting mortality rate of infants and under five in the Philippines, an indicator in gauging health security using a time series data (1996-2013). This will serve as a basis in crafting policies that will critically and efficiently reduce the number of deaths. The average mortality rate of infants and under five was selected as the endogenous variable, Gross Domestic Product per capita and out of the pocket health expenditure were treated as the exogenous variable. Health expenditure total percentage of Gross Domestic Product and average percentage of immunization were the mediating variables. Using structural equation modeling, all these variables were tested for possible complex causality. Result showed that both Average Immunization and Gross Domestic Product per capita significantly affect mortality rate (β=-.510, p<.000; β=-1.340, p<.05). Thus, it is strongly recommended that the country should critically undertake measures to increase Gross Domestic Product per capita and should widen immunization rate.","PeriodicalId":13360,"journal":{"name":"Imperial journal of interdisciplinary research","volume":"72 1","pages":"21-25"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75187279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An important presumption in the WTO is that States are expected to comply with their obligations in line with Article 26 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties(VCLT). However, the WTO dispute settlement process is a debatable instrument of compromise as there is option for political flexibility in resolving disputes, on the other side of the coin, under Article 3.2 of the DSU it must provide legal integrity, security and predictability of WTO law. Nevertheless, WTO provisions are not clear and need to clarification. Five different diets with protein level of 17.94% in Treatment 1 (T 1 -control), 18.17% in Treatment 2 (T 2 ), 16.20% in Treatment 3 (T 3 )and16.19% in Treatment 4 (T 4 ) and 19.77% in T 5 were supplied. The highest and the lowest total length and weight 2.955 cm, 0.1735 g and 2.48 cm, 0.144 g were recorded for the fry fed with treatments T 5 and T 4 respectively. The maximum and minimum length and weight gains 2.05 cm, 0.16 g and 1.58 cm, 0.13 g were observed in fry fed with treatments T 5 and T 4 respectively. Growths of tilapia fry in terms of both length and weight under treatment T 5 were significantly (p0.01) higher than those of the other treatments. Treatment T 4 showed significant (p0.01) lowest growth performance among the five treatments. The highest survival (91.3%) rate and better growth were observed in fry fed with treatment T 5. The study suggests that T 5 feed where carbohydrate was partially replaced by protein percentage could be considered as a recommended feed for the growth and production of tilapia fry.","PeriodicalId":13360,"journal":{"name":"Imperial journal of interdisciplinary research","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81613125","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a typical setup, through a image series on the LCD there can be transferred any file on a phone to a second cell phone through the camera of the second cell phone which are then captured and decoded. In this study, in HC2D barcodes a new approach for data modulation is proposed, and to other standard methods of barcode modulation its performance is evaluated in comparison. In the new approach, within neighboring pixels of a LCD over adjacent blur, and light leakage, there is used the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation together with differential phase shift keying (DPSK). Keywords— HC2D barcode, differential phase shift keying, data transfer, orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation.","PeriodicalId":13360,"journal":{"name":"Imperial journal of interdisciplinary research","volume":"58 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74641437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
