The purpose of this study was to analyse a suitable area for sea cucumber cultivation (Holothuria scabra). Data collection had been done by survey method, acquiring primer and secondary data directly related to sea cucumber's life and analyzed by using Geographic Information System software. A physical parameters include temperature 29.14 – 30.24 0 C, the water transparancy of the 0.78 – 1,35 m, the current speed from 0.2 to 0.7 m/s, rainfall of 174 mm, protection: protected, fairly protected and unprotected, depth 0.78 to 1.35 m, the tide of 0.9 m. Land suitability classes are determined based on the interval between the other classes S1 (40-42), S2 (37-39) and N (34-36). Based on the results of scoring that has been adapted to the class interval obtained sample points with a very suitable category (S1) including A1, C1, C4, C5. Then for the corresponding category (S2) between the A2, A3, C2, C3. Samples were submitted for bacteriological examination. The aerobic bacteria isolated and identified from ewes’ milk samples were 19 Staphylococci  (21.0%), 9 Streptococci (9.9%), 5 Echerichia coli (5.6%), 4 Corynebacterium bovis (3.3%), 3 Enterobacter spp. (3.3%), 2 Klebsiella pneumoniae spp, (2.2%) and  2 Enterococcus faecalis (2.2%). All isolates were subjected to sensitivity tests using 10 antibiotics in use for treatment of mastitis in Sudan. 89.5% Staphylococcal isolates were sensitive to Ampicillin, 73.3% to Cephalothin, 68.4% to Ciprofloxacin and Kanamycin, 63.2% to Gentamycin, 57.9% to Chloramphenicol, 26.3% to Tetracycline, 15.8% to Procaine Penicillin and Cloxacillin and 5.3 to Erythromycin. 88.9% of sterptococcal isolates were sensetive to  Ampicillin, 66.7% to Gentamycin, 55.6% to Ciprofloxacin and Kanamycin, 44.5% to Cephalothin, 33.4% to Chloramphenicol, 22.2% to Procaine Penicillin and Cloxacillin and 11.1% to Erythromycin and all strains were resistant to Tetracycline. 80% of Echerichia coli isolates were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, 60.0% to Ampicillin, Cephalothin, Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline, 40.0% to Gentamycin and Kanamycin, 20.0% to Erythromycin and Cloxacillin and all strains were resistant to Procaine Penicillin. All Corynebacterium bovis isolates were sensitive to Gentamycin, 66.6% to Cephalothin, 33.3% to Ampicillin, Kanamycin, Tetracycline and Cloxacillin and all strains were resistant to Chloramphenicol,  Ciprofloxacin, Erythromycin, and Procaine Penicillin. All Enterococcus faecalis isolates were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin and Gentamycin. 50.0% to Cephalothin, Chloramphenicol, Kanamycin and Tetracycline. All strains were resistant to Ampicillin, Erythromycin, Procaine Penicillin and Cloxacillin. 50.0% of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Gentamycin and Kanamycin. All strains were resistant to Ampicillin, Cephalothin, Chloramphenicol, Erythromycin Procaine Penicillin,  Cloxacillin and Tetracycline. Before outsourcing of data on cloud user encrypt it as per security concern. Other users can use cloud data by downloading and decrypting it from cloud. Before performing download and decryption operation on cloud data user have to perform searching for required data. Traditionally, plaintext keyword search approach is used to perform searching. Considering the large number of data users and documents in the cloud, it is necessary to allow multiple keywords in the search request and return documents in the order of their relevance to these keywords. In previous system, single keyword or Boolean keyword search is provided over an encrypted data. MRSE is the multi keyword ranked searching technique for efficient searching over an encrypted data. For efficient utilization of MRSE technique we refer co-ordinate matching. In coordinate matching, multiple matches can possible by searching more relevant data documents to search query. As aggressive size increased in data documents searching phase reach to linear computational complexity. MRSE method can provide efficient search result than traditional search approach. l two hybrid assay, two plasmids are required, one which carries a gene of interest bait (pBT), and another having a target gene (pTRG). Library which is a collection of multiple DNA fragments is screened for desired clones based on blue and white color appearance on X-gal indicator plate. In this article we report construction of a new modified plasmid vector pTRGQQ derived from pTRG vector which is highly compatible for blunt end cloning at SnaB1 restriction site of target gene into it to carry out bacterial two hybrid assay. size:10.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\"'>It is purely based on the secondary data and tries to highlight the issues and challenges faced by Indian companies in implementation of CSR as a tool in the economic development. l areas. The model showed that inter alia an extension centre and a mission-oriented programme would be required to develop technologies to address the normally ignored felt needs of the rural population. While many crucial features of this initial ASTRA model have been validated, it also had several shortcomings that are described. An attempt has been made in this paper to indicate some directions along which the model should be updated taking into account the emphasis today on sustainable development. Special attention has been devoted to the failure modes in the generation, commercialisation and dissemination of rural technologies.
