Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2020 yang berjumlah 78 perusahaan. Dengan pengambilan seambil menggunakan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan yang mewakili dari sektor tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikanoleh perusahaan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Pentingnya pendeteksian kecurangan pada saat pelaksaan audit, dapat meminimalisir adanya skema tindak kecurangan dalam dunia audit. Terjadinya kasus auditor yang gagal dalam mendeteksi kecurangan terhadap laporan keuangan, disebabkan kurangnya skeptisisme profesional dan pengalaman auditor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Skeptisisme Profesional dan Pengalaman Auditor terhadap Pendeteksian Kecurangan, serta membandingkan dengan teori yang sudah ada dan bagaimana pelaksaan yang terjadi di lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan mendeskripsikan mengenai pengaruh antara variabel yang akan diuji, dan melihat seberapa besar hubungan antara variabel, dan disajikan dengan gambaran yang terstruktur dan berdasarkan fakta. Perhitungan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Kantor Akuntan Publik di Wilayah Kota Bandung yang terdaftar di OJK sebanyak 47 responden.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk Skeptisisme Profesional termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik, selanjutnya Pengalaman Auditor termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik, dan Pendeteksian Kecurangan pun termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik. Metode penelitian di adopsi menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan informasi time series dan cross section pada 5 Perusahaan Subsektor Tekstil dan Garmen periode 2015-2020, sehingga terdapat 30 data. Menerapkan pengujian dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 20 for Windows digunakan di penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapat Uji Hipotesis secara parsial bahwa Perputaran Total Aktiva (X2) mempengaruhi dengan negatif dan tidak signifikan pada Laba Per Lembar Saham (X3), FCF (X1) mempengaruhi secara berpositif tidak berdampak cukup besar pada DPR (Y), Perputaran Total Aktiva (X2) mempengaruhi secara positif signifikan pada Rasio Pembayaran Dividen (Y) dan Laba Per Lembr Saham (X3) mempengaruhi dengan positif tidak signifikan terhadap Rasio Pembyaran Dividen (Y). Metode yang dipergunakan ialah desktiptif & verifikatif dengan tinjauan kuantitatif. Data sekunder dipergunakan dan sampel yang dipergunakan ialah laporan keuangan selama 8 periode (2013-2020) pada 4 perusahaan sub sektor transportasi. Sehingga total keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 32 sampel. Rancangan analisis yang dipergunakan meliputi analisis koefisien korelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, juga uji hipotesis dengan statistic SPSS. Hasilnya menerangkan dimana secara parsial Laba Bersih dan Ukuran Perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan dengan Manajemen Laba, Diversifikasi Operasi mempunyai pengaruh negative idak signifikan dengan Manajemen Laba. Considering that in the activities of industrial companies in this study, employees are required to achieve production targets with a predetermined processing time as an effort to meet company targets in order to achieve company goals. So, it is very necessary to have employee commitment in this research company. Descriptive verification is the method that researchers use. Primary data in this study were obtaind from the results of statements (questionnaires) which were distributed directly to 174 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from employee data in this study. SPSS v.25 software is used in this study to analyze multiple linear regression and to test hypotheses. The results obtained are that there is a partially significant effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.523; Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on partial organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.627; Then on employee job satisfaction as the third independent variable found the results that have a partially significant effect on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.063; Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and employee job satisfaction can simultaneously affect organizational commitment.
