My analysis reveals that airline OCC’s service quality has a meaningful effect on airline staff’s service satisfaction, and that service satisfaction mediates a meaningful effect on staff’s job engagement. It was suggested that improving OCC’s service quality leads to higher staff’s job engagement. Accordingly, I suggest methods of improving OCC’s service quality. I find that the importance of contributing factors on OCC’s service quality are as follows, in order of most to least important: professionalism, assurance, empathy, reliability, organizational culture, and responsiveness. For airlines, reducing aircraft fuel costs is an important part of improving profitability. In this study, analyzing the difference weight between flightplan and W&B Manifest for calculated the fuel that was unnecessarily loaded. Abiding by law, rules and regulation, air traffic controllers are working together based on mutual trust. This paper’s theoretical background is based on cultural bias theory. The theory divide people group into four groups according to cultural bias such as fatalism, hierarchy, individualism and egalitarianism. A research model was designed how such four cultural bias could affect air traffic controller’s risk response in case of emergency or abnormal situation during their work. Depend on empirical research, it was found that air traffic controllers perceived they had been more biased to fatalism than hierarchy. The characteristics of fatalism group are as follows: first of all, they follow rigid rules and regulation. However, they have less self-efficacy compared to other government officers. According to structural equation model, air traffic controller’s fatalism had a significant negative effect on organizational royalty. In particular, domestic passenger demand has been steadily increasing over the past five years, with domestic and international shipments growing at a CAGR of 8.4% and 10.0%, respectively. In addition to the economic value of the airport, social interest due to greenhouse gas emissions is also rising. In this study, we analyzed the efficiency of airport operation by using DEA model(Directional Technology Distance Function) considering undesirable output for 14 airports in Korea. As a result of analysis, all airports except Gimhae, Yangyang, Cheongju and Yeosu were analyzed as efficient airports. Especially, Gimpo-Jeju route is the busiest air route in the world and all domestic airlines are competing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose differentiated marketing strategies from other airlines by analyzing the effect of customers' brand attitude on satisfaction and intention to reuse of airlines competing on the most competitive routes. 350 questionnaires were distributed to domestic passengers who have experiences using Gimpo Jeju route in recent 3 years and 338 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS24 program. The results of the study showed that brand attitude showed meaningful effects on satisfaction and intention to reuse, and brand image was the most influential factor among the sub factors of brand attitude. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the meteorological data of the aviation turbulence occurred and actual flight data extracted from the Quick Access Recorder(QAR) to provide some precursors that the pilot can identify aviation turbulence early by referring thru the flight instrumentation indications. The case applied for this study was recent event, a scheduled flight to Narita Airport ftom Korea that suddenly encountered turbulence during approach. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA)'s Weather data, it was observed that the strong amount of vorticity in the rear area of jet stream, which existed near Mount Fuji at that time. The QAR data analysis shows significant changes in the aircraft's parameters such as Pitch and Roll angle, Static Air Temperature(SAT), and wind speed and direction in tens of seconds to minutes before encounter the turbulence. The compound drones are divided into many types depending on the method of adding the thrust vectoring or the lift fan and the position of the rotor. In this study, we designed and fabricated a composite drone with four V-TOL motors in a fixed-wing, and assigned missions to the aviation body, hence judged mission accuracy using the actual flight test.
