This multipurpose international complex began to op-erate on February 20, 1986 when its base module was placed into orbit. The re-sults, obtained during that period, have made a great contribution to domestic fundamental science and today they are of great practical value for various sectors of the national economy, education, health care, and development of space vehicles.","PeriodicalId":132132,"journal":{"name":"MANNED SPACEFLIGHT","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114174976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Trends in image analysis in the current computer vision-based approaches are analysed. Each of the considered approaches was addressed, in order to reveal their advantages and drawbacks. Research papers on the usability of gesture interfaces were reviewed. It was revealed that sensor-based systems, being quite accurate and demonstrating high speed of recognition, have limited application due to the specificity of devices (gloves, suit) and their relatively narrow distribution. At the same time, computer vision-based approaches can be successfully applied only when problems of occlusions and datasets are solved. The results obtained can be used for designing training systems.","PeriodicalId":132132,"journal":{"name":"MANNED SPACEFLIGHT","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131350228","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The source data region, required varying parameters, indicators and criteria of quality for the telemetry message traffic, and restrictions on the permissible solutions region were determined. The methodology for solving the set problem using the mathematical apparatus of sequential optimization is proposed. The developed methodology was tested using the source data and telemetric information recorded during launches of “conditionally light” spacecraft by the “Proton-M” launcher vehicle with the “Briz-M” upper stage from the Baikonur cosmodrome.","PeriodicalId":132132,"journal":{"name":"MANNED SPACEFLIGHT","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115706163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Association is a unique and influential space community for cooperation and experience exchange; it unites 430 people who have been in space and represents 38 countries of the world. The paper examines a period of about half a century (1970–2020): a 10-year historical background of the establishment of the Association, about 5 years of its pre-history and about 35 years of its history.
