This hybrid combination brings medicine and engineering together for advance health care treatments of patients by utilizing the designing skills of engineers. Thereby, it includes diagnostic medical devices and clinical implants like bone plates, pulse oximeters, EEG,ECG etc. with imaging and Optical Fiber Sensing (OFS) devices. The power content of these detected light signals are weak in nature, therefore need of amplifiers like Trans-impedance Amplifiers (TIA)which offers high gain with minimum noise for improving the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) comes. Different TIA topologies have been analyzed and presented by giving their comparison for different parameters to make it easy for choosing for the appropriate one based on a particular application as per user’s requirement. A high gain beamforming has been achieved by using millimeter wave communication system. A group of antennas used at transmitter and receiver-end for providing better throughput and efficiency is called massive multiple input multiple-output (MIMO). By using this technique, a better spectral efficiency, throughput, power efficiency and also low bit error rates can be achieved when it is used along with the fifth generation mobile networks. Multiple number of antennas are used at the transmitter and receiver end instead of single antenna. The interference and multipath propagation problems are the major disadvantages in communication systems, which can be resolved in this technique. Through multiple antennas transmission of data is done as it is taking multiple different paths because of obstacles in the environment to make the system more efficient at the receiver antenna the best received signal is processed. To overcome signaling overhead complexity efficient signal processing techniques have to be used at both the ends. To resolve path loss MIMO is furnished with millimeter wave bands. To achieve high spectral efficiencies which requires less cost and to consume low power precoding of hybrid analog/digital is used. At transmitter end and receiver end large antenna arrays are deployed to provide required signal power which makes the architecture for millimeter-wave systems more complex. Hybrid precoding is an attractive architecture for millimeter-wave systems. It focuses on narrowband channels. A union of digital and analog precoding which is a hybrid precoding is preferred to achieve less complexity and better performance. To take the advantage of beam forming gain and spatial multiplexing in millimeter wave system hybrid precoding is exploited for more frequency chain. An inter user interference is nullified at analog step. The transmitting data rate is maximized at digital step. The proposed work, Hybrid Precoding is preferred is to estimate digital precoding for eliminating inter-user interference basing on solving convex optimization problem. By using more base station antennas more directive gain can be distributed to large number of users. They are not concerned about diseases as well as the treatment also. If a person does not treat his/her disease in the early period of time, the disease may turn into a worse scenario. Hence, this is very important to make them conscious. For this reason, an android application is developed and this application can be used to make them aware since android mobile phone has become very popular, affordable, and available nowadays. In the newly developed android application, some of the most common diseases in the developing countries are selected. The developed android app was automated and a person could easily find out if he/she has any of these disease probability. From the results, it is found that cholera, diarrhea, chikungunya, tuberculosis (TB), dengue, and lastly COVID-19 are the most frequent diseases in poor countries and therefore it has been included in the developed android application. Furthermore, the developed android applications has the ability to find out the probability to get affected by a disease. Image has interrupted by noise through different ways like extrinsic (i.e., environment) or intrinsic (i.e., like sensors) conditions. There are different algorithms for image denoising. The proposed research work utilizes quantitative analysis, i.e., PSNR metric is considered for further comparison. In our proposed method, comparison of image denoising using convolutional neural network (CNN) model with general traditional method like wavelet based model. The analysis is done by adding Gaussian noise with different variance and calculate Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) for each images using convolutional neural network (CNN) and compared it with traditional wavelet based model. After the analysis, the final results show that the convolutional neural network (CNN) model gives better results when compared to wavelet based model. Wireless Sensor Network consists of a large number of inexpensive and tiny devices called sensor nodes, which help to monitor many remote environments such as forest, habitat, vehicle tracking, etc. These sensor nodes have the capability of communicating with each other using wireless techniques i.e., controlled by routing protocols. Based on the network category, WSN is divided into two types, i.e., \"flat network and hierarchical or cluster-based network\" [1]. Cluster-based network has many advantages like energy efficiency, good network communication, and better topology system. Clustering algorithm plays a vital role it selecting an optimal cluster head to have effective transmission of data. This cluster head act as a unique node for each cluster in the network which helps to transmit data using less energy consumption. As Tulu is not an official language of Karnataka, most people are unaware of this language. The Tulu-speaking people are larger in number than speakers of Manipuri and Sanskrit, which have the Eighth Schedule status. To enhance the readability of Tulu documents, there is a need for machine translation of Tulu scripts into Kannada Script. The motivation behind this work is to create software that can proficiently perceive written by a handwritten Tulu character and produces a yield in Kannada character. Tulu Kannada characters include a combination of needs to focus, making them difficult to recognize when written by hand. Besides, interpretation of the south Dravidian language (TULU) is the least investigations in the research field. The south-west of Karnataka state and northern Kerala with some Maharashtra state are speaking around 5 million TULU speakers in India. The programmed acknowledgment of transcribed characters from filtered images assists with changing over characters in a image into the helpful editable and comprehensible structure.
