Stoichiometric ratios describing individual reactions are compiled. Based on the proposed mechanism,kinetic equations for routes are adopted. Based on the obtained system of kinetic equations and assuming the absence of radial temperature gradients, concentration and rate of the process with heat removal, the heat balance equation is proposed. The parameters of the model are considered as factors of risk analysis of technological processes atthe refinery enterprises. The versatility of the developed mathematical model of the process makes it possible to apply it to solving problems of managing both reforming and cracking installations, in order to reduce risk factors","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116073820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The studies examined the influence of temperature fields on the sedimentation of a mixture of residual fuels caused by the incompatibility of these components. Temperatures of a stored product, namely residual fuel RMK-700, and ambient temperatures are taken into account when modelling in ANSYS product. Effects that oil product has separately and oil product with bottom sediments have on a stress-stain state are compared. Laboratory tests were performed to accurately measure density depending on various temperatures. By means of finite element method a stress-stain state of a vertical steel tank RVS-20000 is examined, the calculations showed that the maximum stresses are located in zones of the weld seam and in the places of installation of the receiving-distributing branch pipe and manhole. In these areas bottom sediment and temperature difference influence the stress-stain state greatly, with the stresses becoming even higher as the wall gets thinner.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121655012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wax appearance temperature (WAT) was determined based on the viscosity-temperature curves of the studied crude oils. The comparative analysis of the WAT values was conducted by the rheological method and the calculation method, based on ten different correlation equations. It is emphasized that the smallest indicator of the absolute deviation of the calculated WAT value from the experimental one was obtained for the correlation equations based on the content of solid paraffinic hydrocarbons. It was found that heavy resinous and highly resinous oils with a paraffin content of more than 5% were characterized by the highest values of WAT, which determines their closeness to paraffin saturation in reservoir conditions and a high tendency to form paraffin deposits.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"419 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116529828","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The tectonic factor played a special role in the formation of traps and deposits. Also, part of the depositsis controlled by the lithological factor. All this causes the variety of traps currently available. The author considers the geological structure of the anteclise from the point of view of paleotectonics and provides diagrams of the types of deposits in the territory, as well as shows schematically the faults along which further migration of fluids is possibleto nearby territories. The widespread development of fault-block tectonics has a direct impact, both positive and negative, on the development and exploration of deposits associated with tectonic elements.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132581230","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the object of investigation used the core material selected in the fields in the Nadym-Pyrskoy oil and gas field. In each sample, 72 components were determined, namely, hydrocarbons of different material groups: normal, branched, polycyclic, and aromatic compounds from butane to dodecane. With respect to the quantitative distribution and correlation among the components, qualitative geochemical indicators of sediment productivity have been developed. The saturation character established by the criteria of deep-adsorbed gases was confirmed by the test results. In this regard, this research method significantly increases the effectiveness of diagnostics of prospective deposits, the application of which is relevant in the territory of the West Siberian oil and gas basin, especially when studying deep-submerged deposits of complex geological structure.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"85 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123069089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Base oils can also be obtained using the technology of multistage regeneration of wasted oils. The main requirement according to the classification of API standard 1509 is that the re-refined base oil must be free from harmful substances and contaminants that were formed during its previous use. There is no other information in the standard regarding the requirements for re-refined base oils. The article discusses various methods of assessing the quality of industrial batches of base oils of group I, obtained according to the licensed technology of the German company Fluid Solutions. The quality assessment was carried out both directly for base oils obtained using the regeneration technology, and for laboratory samples of market grade oils, the compositions of which included regenerated base oils.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"312 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123225065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Feedstock containing a large number of organosulphuric components from the standpoint of increasing the level of model adequacy and calculation accuracy can be characterized by the total sulfur content in the raw material as a whole (1), the total sulfur content in pseudocomponents in the feedstock or its narrow fractions (2), the concentration of individual organosulphuric substances (3). It is shown that in cases 1 and 2, the concept of the reaction rate constant as a constant that characterizes the physico-chemical process is degenerate, and in calculations it should be considered as a kinetic characteristic that takes into account the inhomogeneity of the chemical process over time. As the hydrogenated feedstock comes into contact with the hydrogen-containing gas, the most active organosulfuric components with a high reaction rate constant are first hydrogenated on the catalyst, and at the final stage of the process, the less active components with a low reaction rate constant are hydrogenated. Examples of calculating the dependence of the kinetic characteristic and the total sulfur content in the hydrogenate in two broad fractions of diesel fuel on the time of contact of the reaction medium with the catalyst and the subsequent compounding of the fractions into diesel fuel.","PeriodicalId":131433,"journal":{"name":"Oil and Gas Technologies","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123710396","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
