The hybrid algorithm is part of the sequential covering algorithm which is the commonly used algorithm to extract classification rules directly from data. The hybrid algorithm will minimize the problem of low quality discovered rule by an ant in a colony, where the rule discovered by an ant is not the best quality rule. Simulated Annealing will be used to produce a rule for each ant. The best rule for a colony will then be chosen and later the best rule among the colonies will be included in the rule set. The ordered rule set is arranged in decreasing order of generation. Thirteen data sets which consist of discrete and continuous data from UCI repository were used to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm. By utilization of classic PI controller and also with phase controller has been optimized which membership function center of it has been optimized by new intelligent algorithms such as Emperor and PSO. The obtained results show that obtaining phase points by new intelligent controllers such as Emperor and PSO ones have better results than classic PID and fuzzy controllers. In fact the results of experiments show that the error of Emperor Algorithm is lower than PSO. Thus the emperor algorithm optimizes membership function centers of phase controllers better than PSO one. The accuracy of the methods depends on the number of sensor stations, station topology, mathematical model adopted for the analyses, and type of measuring equipment. For a single station with the configuration of short baseline in a measuring system, the accuracy analysis is mostly based on the chosen mathematical equations (and all relative assumptions) which can be solved in either linear or nonlinear mode. This paper concentrates on the simulation of a lightning flash based on Time of Arrival (TOA) method by utilizing three broadband antennas. The accuracy of the TOA method is also evaluated in this work. A Mat lab based simulation of the measuring system is implemented to construct a randomly located lightning flash with its corresponding electromagnetic radiation. As well as various approaches to business process definition. Authors find a multi-agent approach the most efficient at the current level of information technology. This became the reason for development of BPsim. DSS -- a simulation-based decision support system, based on multi-agent resource conversion processes apparatus. To design the architecture authors compared several methodologies that are popular in Russia, identified positive and negative sides, and developed their own multi-agent resource conversion processes model that considers and fixes all drawbacks of existing methodologies. Paper focuses on results of this analysis, showing the main idea of each methodology, introducing it to the reader, points out the main advantages and disadvantages. Such variables are fed to an arbitrary model and their effect is evaluated in terms of the output variables, in order to identify their optimal values according to some predetermined criteria. Unfortunately some models concern real world phenomena which involve a high number of input and output variables, whose interactions are complex. Consequently the simulations can be so time consuming that their use within an optimization procedure is unaffordable. In order to overcome this criticality, reducing the simulation time required for running the model within the optimization task, a novel method based on the combination of clustering and interpolation techniques is proposed. This technique is based on the use of a set of pre-run simulations of the original model, which are firstly used to cluster the input space and to assign to each cluster a suitable output value within the output space. Subsequently, in the simulation phase, an ad-hoc interpolation is performed in order to provide the final simulation results. The vehicles in this project are mainly used for home to education transports. The objective is to charge the vehicles as much as possible from the photovoltaic system. To determine the sequence for charging the vehicles, three different scheduling methods, dump charging, time controlled charging and charging based on a weather forecast, are considered. To evaluate these methods, their uses on different types of days (clear sky, rainy and mixed day) were simulated. The objective of the controller is to determine the control strategy to stabilize the pendulum angle. Normally, the pendulum is a move towards an uncontrolled state. The Rotational Inverted pendulum by RNN controller and PID controller are analyzed in detail. This paper presents an investigation problem for stabilizing the RIP using Genetic Algorithm (GA), which can guide the control design for a nonlinear model. The information is used for modeling the portfolio of e-commerce customer. Further part of the paper discuses possibilities of creating dynamic data warehouse, preprocessing, description of evaluation options and definition of basic evaluation patterns. We also focus on number of elements affecting the sale process. The paper describes identified factors, which indicate state of market or have an impact on it. That involves momentary, long-term and external indicators. During the course of the auction, using the described methods, we extract the data for particular interest groups, auctioneers, bidders, sold commodities and global market. In the presence of ISI, the all pass filter concentrates the maximum symbol energy in the correct sampling instances and subsequently cancel the non causal precursor ISI by replacing the samples and channel by their minimum phase equivalent. The system performance attainable with the proposed equalization is determined for transmission with channel coding. The use of all pass filtering is beneficial to the performance of a communication receiver that operates in a dispersive multipath propagation environment and thereby improves capacity.
