In addition, these energies are polluting and are causing climate change currently lived. In the other hand, renewable energy sources are clean, safe and inexhaustible. It has now become essential to develop and promote this type of energy. In this objective that we have realized a domestic synchronous wind turbine. In this work, we describe the different components of the wind turbine (blades, generator, rectifier, support, tower, ...). All components are manufactured manually. The generator is based on neodymium permanent magnets. SDV is referred to wind speed uncertainty around a short-duration- stable mean value. Analytical formulation of the economic load dispatch (ELD) problem including of wind power generation is presented separately for cases with and without representation of transmission losses. In each formulation, the effect of SDV of wind speed is included as a total amount of power, thereby avoiding the complexity of stochastic models. This proposed system allows a timed rotation set by the microcontroller, a very low consumption insured by the closed pneumatic system, and a more accurate motion control allowed by the rotational position sensor of the pneumatic cylinders. Indeed, an increased accuracy of the rotation and tilt inclination maximizes the overall stored energy while minimizing the loss in heat with the considered closed pneumatic scheme. The paper details the overall system components with their interactions for reduced energy consumption. The presence of high free fatty acid (FFA) content showed insignificant effect on the transesterification reaction, and even the FFA was effectively converted into the methyl ester under basic medium. The reaction was done in a closed stainless steel reactor, where the solvothermal condition of methanol was achieved at the reaction temperature (65°C). The first cooling system is an integrated cooling plant having both free cooling system and solar powered single-effect lithium bromide-water absorption chiller in operation since August 2002. A floor space of 270 m2 is air-conditioned by the plant. The plant includes 35.17 kW cooling absorption chiller, vacuum tube collectors' aperture area of 108m2, hot water storage capacity of 6.8 m3, cold water storage capacity of 1.5m3 and a 134 kW cooling tower. For this solar driven cooling plant, the performance data show that free cooling in some cooling months can be up to 70% while it is about 25% during the 5 years period of the plant operation. Moreover, for sunny clear sky days with equal incident solar radiation, the daily solar heat fraction used to drive the chiller ranged from 0.33 to 0.41; collectors' field average efficiency ranged from 0.352 to 0.492 and chiller COP varies from 0.37 to 0.81, respectively. The monthly average value of solar heat fraction varies from 31.1% up to 100% with five years average value of about 60%. The monthly average collectors' field efficiency value varies from 34.1% up 41.8% and the five-year average value amounts about 28.3%. The second solar driven cooling system is a steam jet ejector chiller (SJEC) driven by parabolic trough collector. The chiller has a capacity of one kW cooling. The experiments show that the particular characteristics of a SJEC with the strong influence of the condenser cooling water temperature and evaporator temperature on the system coefficient of performance. The coefficient of performance reaches high values in part load and at good re-cooling conditions, so that the mean efficiency is clearly higher than the nominal efficiency of the system. It aims to study the use of passive and hybrid systems in buildings for natural air refreshment and heating. The project also focuses on the building envelope in order to point out the synergy between an adapted envelope and the use of the passive/hybrid systems for cooling/heating. Specifically, some existing buildings with passive and hybrid systems for cooling/heating will be monitored and modeled. In the second part of the project, the passive and hybrid systems for cooling/heating will be tested individually in Outdoor Test-Cells. The dynamic response of these systems will be also calculated by means of TRNSYS software. The comparison of the monitoring results and the dynamic modeling will produce an efficient and well-validated simulation tool. This tool may be used for the design of energetically efficient buildings in an arid climate such as that of Marrakech. The proposed approach is based on a Vector Control theory (VC) for regulate of both grid-side and machine converters of a PMSG wind turbine. Then, an optimal control strategy is developed for integrated control of PMSG power extraction. It combines Space Vector Modulation (SVM) and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) control strategy to maximize the generated power from Wind Turbine Generator (WTG). A pitch control scheme for variable speed WTG is proposed to limit the output power produced by the turbine. Therefore, WECS can not only capture the maximum wind energy, however also can maintain the frequency and amplitude of the output voltage with unity power factor. Finally, the effectiveness of the novel control strategy is verified by simulation using Matlab/ Simulink environment. We have simulated the device parameters like fill factor(FF), open-circuit voltage (Voc), short-circuit current density (Jsc) and efficiency (?) as a function of composition x. we found that the p-layer band gap and its thickness strongly influence the performances of proposed solar cell. Two-dimensional numerical model with parallel and counter flow is developed. A case of parabolic flow with characteristic velocity is considered entering the domain from the feed and permeate sides at 40°C and 25°C respectively. The model parameters were measured in the consideration of two dimensional, steady state, and incompressible fluid flow using the complete Navier-Stokes coupled with the energy equation for non-isothermal flow. The feed stream is saline water (4% salinity) which is a mixture of two miscible species, whereas the permeate stream comprises of pure water. Across the membrane the temperature difference creates pressure gradient which is responsible for the transport of energy and vapor mass through the pours of the permeable membrane. The membrane's coefficients of DCMD membrane is evaluated along with the mass flux, heat flux, and temperature polarization factor and results showed a good agreement with the published theoretical work. In view of these plausible results, parametrical study was conducted accounting for parallel and counter flow, different in flow rate and inlet temperature in attempting to achieve optimal operation.
