The method research are quantitative descriptive, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Five process of buying decision such as needs recognition, information seeking, alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior also the three main indicators such as sociocultural environment, consumer psychology, and marketing efforts are used to describes the buying decision. Eight indicators of a product such as performance, features, conformity, durability, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality are used to measure the consumers satisfaction. The samples of 33 roses cultivators are used. The result of buying decision describes that the influence indicators according to main indicators of buying decision are products association, information sources, shop selection, and future buying possibilities.The result of IPA method are 85,9 percent of consumers suitability level therefore needs to be improved. The result of CSI are 60,21 percent of satisfaction level and included in average satisfied category.","PeriodicalId":130060,"journal":{"name":"Agricultural Socio-Economics Journal","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114391207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is growing small scale industry related to apple processed products, such as apple chips. In an effort to support the supply of raw materials and production planning, it is necessary to know the achievement of supply chain performance in a small industry of apples chips in Batu City. The method used is qualitative analysis to know the system of raw material inventory control and production planning system applied and analyze the performance of supply chain management, supply chain mapping with SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) method, measurement of supply chain performance by using measured performance attribute that is Supply Chain Reliability, Supply Chain Responsiveness and Supply Chain Agility with performance metrics of Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), Upside Supply Chain Flexibility, Upside Supply Chain Adaptability and Downside Supply Chain Adaptability. The results of this study indicate that the system of raw material inventory control and production planning system have been applied. Although tuna is exported in various forms, the canned tuna enjoys the highest export value. Indonesia contributes to 16% of the global tuna supply, and 70% of Indonesian tuna is exported. Indonesia is one of the most significant tuna producers in the world. This study investigated the growth in export of Indonesian canned skipjack. The Market Share Index (MSI) and The Constant Market Share (CMS) was used to measure the growth export of Indonesian canned skipjack. Based on results of Market Share Index show Indonesia took the second place in Japan market, better than its performance in the United States and United Kingdom market. The result from Constant Market Share showed that competitiveness, commodity composition and growth effect affected canned tuna export in the world market. Besuki Na-Oogst’s Tobacco provides high profit when it is compared to the other commodities cultivated in the area of Tanjungrejo Village. The research goals are to analyze: (1) the farmer’s attitude to the risk in farm management, (2) the income of Besuki Na-Oogst Tobacco’s farmers and (3) the factors that influence the income of Besuki Na-Oogst’s Tobacco farmer in Tanjungrejo Village. The sample method used is simple random sampling. The econometric modeling employed is multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) among the farmers of Besuki Na-Oogst’s Tobacco is neutral to the risk; (2) the income on 2015 was decreased because of the eruption of Raung Mountain. This research is conducted because the potato can be used to substitute rice. Data used in this study is primary data obtained from the research location, Bumiaji, Batu, Indonesia. This study has three objectives. First objective is to find out the impact of conservation on farmers’ income; the second is to assess the adoption rate of conservation farming; and the third is farming efficiency of the potato farming, as well as the adoption of conservation farming implementation factors. From the research results, the implementation of conservation influences the income of farmers. From second objective, it can be found that the efficiency level of potato production is relatively low. Additionally, the factors that influence farmers to adopt conservation farming are age, land area, and knowledge of the importance of conservation farming.","PeriodicalId":130060,"journal":{"name":"Agricultural Socio-Economics Journal","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123691729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
