The samples of 33 roses cultivators are used. The result of buying decision describes that the influence indicators according to main indicators of buying decision are products association, information sources, shop selection, and future buying possibilities.The result of IPA method are 85,9 percent of consumers suitability level therefore needs to be improved. 摘要

本研究的目的是描述持续购买决策的原因,并分析玫瑰种植者对杀虫剂x的消费者满意度。方法研究是定量描述,重要性-绩效分析(IPA)和客户满意度指数(CSI)。需求识别、信息寻找、替代评价、购买决策、购后行为等五个购买决策过程,以及社会文化环境、消费者心理、营销努力等三个主要指标来描述购买决策。产品的性能、特征、符合性、耐用性、适用性、美观性和感知质量等八个指标被用来衡量消费者满意度。使用了33个玫瑰栽培器的样本。购买决策结果描述了购买决策主要指标的影响指标为产品关联、信息来源、店铺选择和未来购买可能性。IPA法的结果是85.9%的消费者适合度,因此需要提高。CSI的结果是满意水平的60,21%,属于平均满意类别。
