Using software radio technology, FPGA is adopted to improve algorithm efficiency. The sequential fusion algorithm with Kalman filtering is introduced to TDOA-AOA joint locating. Different data observing values are uploaded to the fusion center. Finally, according to the different observing data, the optimal estimation results are obtained. The open and fast growing Freebase database is a good data source which can be reused to construct the domain semantic knowledge base. However, extracting domain knowledge from the Freebase RDF dump faces many challenges. Aiming at these challenges and the shortcomings of existing research, this paper proposes a method to extract domain knowledge quickly, accurately and completely from the Freebase RDF dump and describe the domain knowledge using the semantic constructs in ontology standard description languages. The Chinese speech boundary information and the advanced combination encoding (ACE) strategy are combined to improve the ACE strategy by using the information of the silence segment, the special noise segment and the syllable interval extracted from the Chinese speech boundary information, which can enhance the Chinese speech recognition ability and suppress the noise components of the noisy speech. Through objective evaluating the effect of speech enhancement by modified bark spectral distortion (MBSD), the results show that the improved ACE strategy based on Chinese speech boundary information, compared with the traditional CIS strategy and the ACE strategy, speech enhancement and the average recognition rate are improved. In view of the above problems, an improved face detection algorithm is proposed, which can reduce the training time and improve the training speed by using the feature processing, and the detection rate is improved by introducing the skin color detection based on YCgCr color space. Although different patterns are outlined and optimized, the algorithm of patterns generation given the width of the sensor’s footprint and the map with obstacles is rarely studied. A Cellular Automaton (CA) based algorithm is proposed and implemented for the spiral pattern and tested in maps with obstacles on the corner and off the edge. The CA is asynchronously updated and there is only one UAV- cell, whose time series indexes through the computing can be assigned as the coverage path. Secondly, the formula of the air-gap flux density, air-gap permeance, air-gap magnetic field energy and the pulsating electromagnetic force acting on the stator is obtained. Finally, the vibration characteristics of the generator stator is got. For getting the signal of stator vibration, we take stator winding inter-turn short circuit experiment by using the DFIG of dynamic emulation laboratory. By analyzing the stator vibration with Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) method and comparing the signal of the Hilbert spectrum, the frequency component amplitude variation with time is achieved. Comparing Marginal spectrum among different signals, the fault feature parameters of stator winding inter-turn short circuit are acquired. This paper proposes a method of electromagnetic environment map construction based on Kriging spatial interpolation. Firstly, the interference signal model is established with model-driven method and its correlation coefficient structure is analyzed to determine the model form of the variation function. Then, based on the data-driven approach, the measured data is used for the one-variable weighted regression method to estimate the parameters of the variation function model; Furthermore, based on the ordinary Kriging interpolation method, the optimal weighting value of each perceptual data point is calculated, and the data interpolation of each location of interest and the electromagnetic environment map in the area is generated. Compared with spatial geometric methods and functional methods, the method in this paper is based on the spatial autocorrelation analysis of global sampling points in the region, interpolation can be performed based on the spatial variation rules, and better interpolation accuracy can be obtained.
