They face several obstacles when going about their daily lives. They have many issues in terms of monetary transactions as they cannot recognize the currencies due to the similarity of paper texture and size between different categories. To address this problem, the proponents implemented image processing techniques that will assist visually impaired people in detecting and identifying money using object detection. The objective of this application is to make them feel secure and confident in their financial decisions. It will be implemented as an Android-based money detection app. Also, the researchers utilized AGILE and TensorFlow's Convolutional Neural Network algorithm to build a model. They collected multiple images of Philippines notes captured in different light conditions and angles to achieve efficient results in the Money Identifier Application. Furthermore, the proponents have created a survey questionnaire for blind persons to evaluate the produced application. The Eyessential program can recognize Philippine money with a mean of 4.91, a 98 percent accuracy, and a run time of 3 to 4 seconds. The software is functional, dependable, helpful, efficient, maintainable, and portable based on the results. The developers suggest submitting the Eyessential Android app to Google Play to allow individuals to install the software from anywhere. Also, Google Play services work with Google Assistant, useful for blind people who want to utilize the app. The developers propose adding a flashlight option to make the program more user-friendly. With the advancements in computer vision and deep learning, we can now contemplate these videos to detect anomalies. In this paper, we propose to identify anomalies by using Spatiotemporal autoencoders. The autoencoders based on 3-D convolutional networks will identify anomalies in surveillance footage based on spatiotemporal features. Our architecture consists of two components, an encoder for spatial feature extraction, and a decoder for the reconstruction of frames. Then, abnormal events are identified based on reconstruction loss. The proposed algorithm considers both the car going the other way and the vehicle in front of the \"ego\" car that could be an obstacle. The LIDAR, the medium-range radar, and the long-range radar are the three types of sensors that the ego car will use to observe its surroundings. The second sensor's job is to keep an eye on the vehicle blocking the ego lane. Once that car is detected, the ego car will start to pass it, but only if the first sensor has found that the obstruction has been removed. With the help of the third sensor, the ego car can determine if there is a vehicle approaching from the other direction. After that, the algorithm will determine the time needed to pass both automobiles and their final positions and the distance between them. If there is enough space, the ego vehicle will switch lanes and perform the lane-change movements. If there is not enough space, the ego car will continue driving in the same lane. Most of the maternity clinics in the Philippines still follow manual processes and utilize paper-based records. In Robles Maternity Clinic, the clinic encounters several problems like file duplication, file misplacement, unanswered inquiries, long process of appointment scheduling, unused and expired medicines. The researchers utilized Agile Scrum methodology for the development of the system. The researchers used mixed methods research to incorporate user feedback into the built solution. The data were collected through survey questionnaires which are distributed to IT professionals, College of Information and Communications Technology faculty, patients, and Robles Maternity Clinic staff and from semi-structured video interviews with a Robles Maternity Clinic representative. The findings of the study showed that the system is fully functioning and suitable to implement for a maternity clinic. This monitoring system tool is designed using Arduino with two measurement parameters, namely a heart rate sensor and a human body temperature sensor with the results displayed on the LCD, internet web, and android application. The research method used is to measure heart rate (BPM) and human body temperature compared with standard equipment in hospitals, by taking measurements of five patients with five measurements each. This study also aims to make it easier for medics to monitor patient conditions remotely. Based on measurement data for five patients who have been measured using a design tool, the relative error value for heart rate is less than 3% and body temperature with a correction factor of 1% and percentage below 2%. To ensure robustness and hardness of UCN, an efficient Vulnerability Management System is required. The focus of current work is on the importance of vulnerability management in a UCN. A plethora of tools are used for vulnerability scanning and assessment. This paper also focuses on the implementation of vulnerability scanning tools on UCN. Assessment of scan results is done to identify vulnerabilities in the network that need to be resolved on priority basis. Based on the scan results obtained after scanning the network using scanning tools, the decision can be taken to mitigate the vulnerabilities on priority basis. Vulnerability Management in a UCN is a stepwise procedure that needs to be implemented to keep the network secure. An effective VM framework is important and inevitable to prevent cyber security breaches in a UCN as it regularly checks for new vulnerabilities on and also provide solutions to remediate or resolve the vulnerabilities. The scanning tools used for the current work were Nmap and Nexpose. It is one of the most significant exchanged resources in the world, oil in one way or the other affects our day to day routines, like transportation, cooking and power, and other numerous petrochemical items going from the things we use to the things we wear. The increment sought after for petroleum derivatives is on a persistent ascent, making it vital for the oil and gas industry to think of new methodologies for further developing activity. This paper presents a smart system for detecting anomalies in crude oil prices. The experimental process of the proposed system is of two phases. The first phase has to do with the pre-processing stage, and the training stage while the second phase of the experiment has to do with the building/training of the Long Short-Term Memory algorithm. The experimental result shows that LSTM model had an accuracy result of 98%. The result further shows that our proposed model is under fitting since the training loss is lesser than the validation loss.
