The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been verified on 4 interconnected areas with 16 generators standard test system. The paper presents the search capability and convergence behavior of the proposed method. It presents its behavior in normal and faulty operations. In particular, when its basic components such as cells, bypass and blocking diodes are subjected to the impedance or reversed polarity faults. The turbine is used to drive the PMSG in order to feed an isolated load composed of a DC motor and a hydraulic centrifuge pump. The considered load receives the required active power from the DC generator. The models of the wind turbine, the PMSG Generator and the DC motor are developed and used in the control scheme. The performances of the turbine, the PMSG and the DC motor are analyzed. The experimental research was carried out on laboratory installation consisting of ceramic cylinder filled with packed bed of Al2O3 spheres. Gaseous fuel is prepared by mixing the compressed natural gas (CNG) and nitrogen (N2) in defined ratio, depending on set heating value of the inlet gaseous fuel. Experimental program included combustion of low calorific gaseous fuel (7.5 to 15 MJ/m3) within porous burner, where inlet power ranged between 2 and 4 kW. Total number of experimental sets in experimental study was 16, where seven of them were considered as stable. For this we used an approach of automatic fuzzy rule base generation by means of Fuzzy-Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), which changes dynamically the acceleration coefficient rates ensuring the convergence. This algorithm allows us to obtain the optimal number of photovoltaic panels, wind turbines and storage units ensuring the minimal global high efficiency system total cost and guaranteeing the permanent availabilty of energy to cover the load energy requirements. The database of wind speed taken hourly, the solar irradiance and the load data are used to stochastically model the wind turbines, photovoltaic generation and load. Electricity generation in large southern Algeria is based primarily on diesel power production with enormous technical, economic and environmental impacts. The alternative would be ideal with the use of hybrid photovoltaic system. Consequently, we considered the feasibility study of the hybrid system with diesel power and photovoltaic's the best solution and reliable option. Indeed, we studied the actual application of the hybridization of an existing diesel central situated in the south of Algeria in locality of Talmine. Power station and electrical data, weather forecast of southern are used in our hybrid system. Moreover the software HOMER is used in this study to evaluate the feasibility of various hybrid systems essentially with frequent rises in fuel prices in this region of the Sahara. The term hybrid energy system is frequently used to illustrate a power system with more than one type of generator, usually a conventional generator powered by a diesel or gas engine and a renewable energy source such as a photovoltaic (PV). The optimization modeling proves that 100% of power demand can be supplied by hybrid configuration composed of system PV and generator diesel. The first segment of this study demonstrated the limitation of the proposed scheme as it was able to meet only 90% of the cooling demand There are few days in the year; when direct solar irradiation is low, the outputs of the solar conversion system will not meet the heat demand of the thermally driven cooling machine To ensure optimal human thermal comfort within the playground, another supplementary source of energy must be considered and adequate thermal storage capacity is needed to ensure uninterrupted cooling source at the evening. From an economic standpoint, this study has also been able to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of the proposed solution as the cost per kWh of the produced cooling energy is estimated to 20 €cents while the cost of the initial scheme was 35 €cents. This cycle is one of the most attractive and simplest thermochemical processes, because it comprises only two global reaction steps and has only fluid reactants. It consists of an endothermal high temperature step of 800-1200 °C and slightly exothermal electrochemical reaction operating at about 80 °C. In this process, the water is dissociated indirectly by means of auxiliary substances, which are recycled. The aim of this work is discuss the possible introduction of solar source into the sulfuric acid decomposition. The study is limited to the case of Algeria. In the first part, the concept of thermochemical cycle to split water is briefly reported. The main concept of the hybrid sulfur thermochemical cycle are then described.
