Metodologi model dan hipotesis yang disajikan di sini diuji dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Data empiris dikumpulkan dengan melakukan survei kuesioner. Studi ini menemukan bahwa situs web yang unik dan menarik secara visual, lebih mungkin untuk menarik pelanggan dan calon pelanggan dan tanggapan emosional yang menyenangkan maupun tidak menyenangkan. Pada akhirnya, pemanfaatan fungsi yang baik sangat membantu calon pelanggan menghemat waktunya untuk mencari layanan tertentu. Serta, dapat memicu stimulus yang mampu melakukan pembelian impulsif. Dalam upaya untuk menjelaskan perilaku belanja online impulsif, penelitian ini berfokus pada aplikasi online-to-offline, dan service dominant logic. France offers a lot of uniqueness to the world community.Likewise in Indonesia, every province or city has special food and snacks. This sudy aims to know the influence of the Culinary Night Festival on the Development of Local Tourism Potential based Traditional Snacks in Kiaracondong District. The research shows that the traditional cakes have a distinctive taste in Kiaracondong. This study used descriptive qualitative method where data collected form advance literature of local culinary history. Questionnaire also used to gather public perceptions about culinary branding of Samarinda. Data collected were then analyzed using the concept of Gastronomic Tourism. The research foud that types of culinaries considered to become the identity of a typical Samarinda culinary brand using the concept of Gastronomic Tourism are Nasi Kuning and Nasi Bekepor. These two culinary specialties are the most chosen by respondents where 56% of respondents mentioned Nasi Kuning while 24% mentioned Nasi Bekepor. According to triangle concept of gastronomic tourism, these two culinary products fulfill the elements of Food, Culture, and History. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa pengaruh overall experience terhadap memorable tourism experience dan revisit intention dengan objek penelitian yaitu Java Jazz Festival. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 196 pengunjung Java Jazz Festival yang telah mengunjungi festival pada jangka waktu 3 tahun terakhir (2017, 2018, dan 2019) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 6 dimensi experience (entertainment, educational, esthetic, escapist, economic value, dan festivity) merupakan pengukur variabel overall experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior partial and simultaneous F&B Service Department employees at InterContinental Bali Resort. Determination of samples using saturated sample techniques totaling 78 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test, F-test and determination coefficient analysis (R2) with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the analysis showed that (1) organizational justice (X1) had a positive and significant effect partial to organizational citizenship behavior (Y), (2) employee engagement (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior (Y), and (3) organizational justice (X1) and employee engagement (X2) positive and significant influence simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior (Y). The strategy that can be used in developing the Batur Kintamani Geopark Museum is by utilizing all the potential it has, starting from creating an event to introduce this geopark, making tour packages that include other tourist objects around the geopark, and capturing potential markets, especially among students. The ro le of community can be as a medium to preserve the social cultural values in these attractions. Tanah Lot tourism attraction is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Bali which has a high number of tourist visits. Tanah Lot is managed by two parties, namely the Government of Tabanan Regency and the local community of Beraban Village. The purpose of this study was to measure the stage of community participation in the management of Tanah Lot. Community participation in the management of Tanah Lot attractions in the planning stage, the score is 2.25, the implementation stage is 4.35, the benefit-taking stage is 4.72 and the supervision stage is 4.14. The high level of community participation at the implementation, benefit taking, supervision and evaluation stages is due to the management of Tanah Lot handed over to the Customary Village (Desa Adat). The lowest stage of community participation in management of Tanah Lot is the planning stage.
