The sample of this research amounted to 211 sample taken with random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires, which are analyzed by the SPSS 25 program. This reaserch was conducted with the aim pf knowing whether the ability to compile financial reports, financial literacy and the use of infrmation technology can have an influence on the performace of MSMEs. This Research is classified as a quantitative research by utilizing data obtained from 100 respondents consisting of MSMEss Players. The data collection stage was carried out with instruments in the form of questionnaires and test. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity. The Analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, including multile linear regression comparison analysis. The research that has been carried put has resulted in (1) the abily to compile financial reports, financial literacy and the use of information technology jointly influene the performance of MSMEs in Babat distrct. (2) the ability to compile financial statements has a positive and significant effect is 0.006. (3) financial literacy has a positive effect with significance is 0.000. To measure capital and accounts receivable turnover, in this study researchers used multiple linear regression analysis approach. The object of this study is located in the AN-Nisa women's cooperative which is located in North Lombok district, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The data obtained at the research location are in the form of financial reports for 6 years, from 2014 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the An-Nisa cooperative to obtain profits is mostly influenced by the variables used in this study, namely capital and accounts receivable turnover. So that the ability to manage capital and the better governance of providing accounts receivable will have a major impact on the level of profits obtained. This study took a sample from on of company which is located in Yogyakarta. The sampling of this research using nonprobability sampling method with sampling twchnique namely saturated sampling or census. The sample data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with the help of the Google Form Link and them distributed through the employeeâ€™s WhatsApp number. This research data processing using multiple linier regression analysis technique then assisted by the program SPSS Fot Windows Version 17.0. The Results in this study are: there is a positive influence from the variabel Management Commitment to Affective Commitment; there is a positive influence from the Affective Commitment on the Job Performance variable; there is a positive influence from the Management Commitment variable on the Job Performance variable; and there is an insignificant (negative) result of the perception of Management Commitment variable on Job performance as a consequence throughh the Affective Commitment variable as the mediating variable. These conditions resulted in less active students and experiencing saturation in learning, so that will have an impact on student learning outcomes. To overcome these problems required the efforts of lecturers create attractive learning environment and has a learning innovation by involving students to acquire knowledge so as to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives in particular. Researchers attempting to implement a strategy of active learning (active learning) one debate active learning.Through active debate method (active debate) which is a blend of listening and speaking skills that can give freedom to all students to express their opinions in a way to think critically about an issue from all sides, according to ability and knowledge to be able to improve learning outcomes. Based on the results, it can be concluded that through active debate methods can enhance students' critical thinking skills in entrepreneurship courses. Such improvements can be seen from the average score of students' critical thinking students who obtained before any action is 1,9, then the cycle I got an average score of 2,8 and learning activities in the second cycle received an average score of learning activities amounting to 3,6. This research and development aims to produce vessel training modules, training manuals and to explain the effectiveness of pottery-making training modules, training manuals to improve economic activities of communities in Masbagik Timur Village. Research and Development (R & D) research methods. Stages of product development, (a) preparation of training modules, (b) guide on making pottery, and (c) assessment. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques, (a) validity, (b) readability, and (c) effectiveness. Module validation is done by experts and practitioners. The module trials include a limited trial of 6 communities and an expanded trial of 10 Masbagik Timur Village communities. The results showed; (1) validated products of experts and practitioners get a mean score of 2.0% (good qualification), (2) final module development training worthy of use. Average readability 3.7 (good qualification), there is practicality in using this training module with a mean of 3.6 (good qualification), effective module to use.
