Предлагаются варианты новых структур потока OFDM-символов с исключением защитных интервалов и включением испытательной комбинации (ИК)в структуру передаваемого сигнала при наличии памяти в каналах связи; для быстроизменяющихся каналов предлагается частая вставка ИК. Подбор ИК позволяет улучшить показатели качества оценивания импульсных характеристик методом регуляризации при наличии памяти в каналах связи.\u0000 The problem of estimating the impulse response of the communication channel with memory when receiving OFDM signals using the \"reception in general with element-wise decision-making\" (RGEWDM) algorithm by the regularization method is considered. Variants of new structures of a stream of OFDM symbols are proposed with the exclusion of guard intervals and the inclusion of a test combination (TC) in the structure of the transmitted signal in the presence of memory in the communication channels; for rapidly changing channels frequent insertion of TC is proposed. Индексом развития ИКТ (IDI), вобравшим в себя 14 показателей по трем субиндексам («Доступ к ИКТ», «Использование ИКТ», «Навыки работы с ИКТ»), и Новым индексом МСЭ (НИ МСЭ), концепция которого (5Ps) основана на подходе, связанном с оценкой достижения Целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР)ООН под воздействием электросвязи/ИКТ. Предложены модели НИ МСЭ, позволяющие выполнять требования Резолюции 131 (Пересм. Дубай, 2018г.)Полномочной конференции МСЭ к IDI и в то же время трансформировать IDI для оценки достижения ЦУР.\u0000 The article presents and analyzes the models that make it possible to assert the thesis about the absence of significant contradictions between the ICT development index (IDI), adopted in 2017, which included fourteen indicators for three subindices: \"Access to ICTs\", \"Use of ICTs\", \"ICT skills\", and the new ITU Index (ITU NI), the concept of which (5Ps) was based on the approach related to assessing the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the influence of telecommunications/ICTs. Index models are proposed to meet the requirements of Resolution 131 (Rev. Непосредственные участники этих работ представляют перипетии создания эмблемы и трудности перевода наименования института.\u0000 The article considers the history of the first steps of the Radio Research and Development Institute (NIIR) at the international arena in the early 90's of the last century, which required the creation of the NIIR’s logo in Russian and English, as well as an accurate translation of the name of this organization in English. Существующие математические модели не учитывают особенности беспроводной передачи энергии между агентами роя, действующими как совместно с роем, так и отдельно от него. Представлен обзор и сравнительный анализ современных исследований в данной области. Показана необходимость разработки модели исходя из энергообмена между агентами. Рассмотрена математическая модель роевой робототехнической системы, учитывающая энергетические характеристики единичного агента,группы роботов и роя в целом. Продемонстрировано успешное применение данной модели на примере гомогенных мобильных роботов МАРС в совокупности с системой беспроводной передачи энергии БСПЭ-3.\u0000 In this paper the energy transfer mathematical model in terms of autonomous swarm robotic system is considered. Existing mathematical models do not account for wireless power transfer peculiarities among swarm agents, acting as together with the whole swarm, as separately from it. This paper presents review and comparative analysis of recent research in this domain. The paper shows the relevance of development of such mathematical model, that would cover energy exchange among agents. The developed mathematical model accounts for energy characteristics of an individual agent, of a robot group and of a whole swarm, as well the possibility, that the task may be executed by one or several agents. The proposed mathematical framework allows calculating time and energy, required to complete the task, particularly, the energy, transmitted between the agents with respect to the power losses of the transmission channel. С помощью пакета MicroCap 11 проведено их моделирование и сравнение.\u0000 In radio communication and electronics devices, amplifiers largely determine the dynamic range and sensitivity of the equipment. It is possible to build amplifying structures using controlled current mirrors (CM). The paper considers variants of construction of broadband quasi-linear amplifying structures on CM.
