The transfer function of the control object has been obtained with interval coefficients of the numerator and denominator polynomials, taking into account the possible ranges of changes in the transport delay. The applied graphical method of investigating the obtained system has provided the output of the family of root trajectories on the complex plane, it visually demonstrated the robust absolute stability of the system of automatic control of the follow-up motor. A new mathematical model is proposed for electric arc furnace circuit with simplified regulator, which allows calculating new modes with higher speed in comparison with the classical model. Taking into account the past research experience, the steps allowing implementing the proposed methodology in practice are highlighted. Criteria are formulated and that make it possible to determine the most optimal combinations of control parameter settings to achieve an increase in the furnace energy efficiency. The results of experimental research based on the existing shaft-type arc steel-making furnace SF-125 are presented. The developed methodology effectiveness is evaluated by comparing the energy performance of SF-125 before and after changing the electric modes. The structure of the stacker crane's electric drive power part is discussed in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of each considered systems are highlighted. The stacker crane position system is under consideration as well. Variants of positioning systems are discussed as a result of significant warehouse problems. A computer vision-based system for positioning hoisting-and-transport machines is presented to overcome the aforementioned issue. Common problems that are often faced in the computer vision systems area are discussed. Computer vision software and hardware are considered in the paper. The considered programs do not allow to analyze the value of the wind load on a photovoltaic plant. This aspect must be taken into account when designing photovoltaic plants with solar tracking systems. A computational 3D model of the photovoltaic plant with a dual-axis solar tracking system of the Orenburg State University has been developed in the SolidWorks. An analysis of the wind loads on a plant has been carried out at wind speeds of 32 m/s, 7.9 m/s and at various inclination angles of photovoltaic modules. Revealed that the photovoltaic plant will be under significant wind load at a wind speed of 32 m/s and inclination angle $beta=45^{circ}$ and $beta=79^{circ}$. Long-term operation of the photovoltaic plant under these conditions will lead to a significant reduction in service life. To determine the law of regulation, his mathematical model was obtained on the channel “voltage frequency on the stator of the electric motor of the feeder - the reading of the material mass sensor”, which was subsequently linearized, which allowed, by the method of assigning poles, to synthesize the analog regulation system. The synthesized control algorithm was tested on a nonlinear model of the obj ect, taking into account the limitations imposed on the control effect. In addition, an algorithm for discrete control of the feeder drive was developed and a comparative analysis of analog and discrete control systems was carried out. To achieve the objective, the work includes a review and classification of modern information and diagnostic systems and methods of measuring rock masses in bucket, a description of an excavator as an object of research and problem statement of measuring rock masses in buckets. We consider direct and indirect methods of measuring rock masses in buckets of mining excavators. The methods are based on an estimation of the corresponding forces in the excavator working equipment or of the moment in mechanical transmissions. Industrial excavator information systems are categorized by a rock mass measurement method. We present the structure of the system for measuring the rock mass in a bucket by means of the main electric drives of a power shovel and dragline excavators. The system receives real-time signals from the main electric drives control system, the protection system and the excavator driver's command apparatus. The system includes a digital filter, a model of electric drives, a working equipment model and a module of statistical processing of the rock mass measurement results in the bucket of an excavator. The developed system solves a complex of interrelated tasks: identification of the structure and parameters of the object, setting and selection of the controller type, identification of parametric disturbances. The intelligent system consists of three levels: the identification level, the control system design level, and the executive level. The tasks of the identification level include: identification of the parameters and structure of the object by observing the transient response of the object with a step action at the input, identification of a parametric disturbance by the method of comparative assessment of the transient processes of the reference model and the real control object. As a result of identifying the parameters and the structure of the object, the controller is designed - setting the parameters and choosing the type of controller. The executive circuit is rearranged by a closed control system. Neural networks were chosen as a tool for implementing the system for identifying parameters and the structure of an object, for designing a control system. As a prototype of the control object, typical dynamic links and their connections were chosen.
