Therefore, in the process of fostering nursing care workers, characteristics of perceptions of those who experienced alternative practice were identified, typified, and explored through the Q methodology to confirm the meaning. In order to form the Q population, four study participants were interviewed in advance. Q samples on a total of 34 trainees' alternative practice education experiences were extracted through interview content and literature analysis. Q classification was conducted for 22 study participants. P samples were male and female trainees educated at the caregiver training center, 22 caregiver trainees with nursing assistant and social worker licenses corresponding to long-term care workers, and caregiver trainees corresponding to the general new class. Three recognition factors extracted by analyzing the data collected in Q sorting with the PC QUANL program explained 40.6% of the total variance. They were ‘rational inquiry’, ‘critical analysis’, and ‘realistic satisfaction’. The purpose of this study was to clarify the direction and possibility of the Care Assurance Housing project through the case of ‘Halfway House in Saha-gu, Busan’. Through theoretical discussion, characteristics of single-person households were summarized as ‘relationship vulnerability’. The place where they lived was ‘a space where self-direction rather than isolation’ and the local community was a ‘connection with informal support’. \u0000Results of analyzing the case of middle houses in Saha-gu by dividing them into service entry, service progress, and service result are as follows. In service entry, it was confirmed that flexible standards were applied to users with possible connection with relatively diverse excavation. In service progress, characteristics of services were centered on relationships. Relationships with various local residents were secured in service results. The possibility of independence and various resident relations was revealed. How to apply these research results to other regions is discussed. Two in-depth interviews were conducted with five caregivers who had worked in nursing homes for more than five years. Data were analyzed with the four stages of Giorgi's phenomenological qualitative research method. After analyzing the data, 25 meaning units, 6 sub-components, and 3 components were derived: 1) embracing death with love, with sub-components of ‘staring at death that was turned away’ and ‘facing the death of the elderly’; 2) finding meaning in the void, with sub-components of ‘experiencing the infinite in finite existence’ and ‘finding meaning that endures meaninglessness’; and 3) writing my history book in the present, with sub-components of ‘summoning the past buried in small talk’ and ‘performing a ritual of self-renewal’. The effect of interpersonal relationships and disability acceptance of employed disabled people on self-esteem and the mediating effect of self-efficacy were verified. A multi-group comparison was conducted to analyze the difference according to the degree of disability (severe and mild). For the data analysis, the 2nd wave 6th data of the employment, a panel survey for the disabled was used. Among the economically inactive population, 1,579 panelists who responded to the main variables of this study were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. First, the self-esteem of unemployed disabled people was directly affected by their interpersonal relationships and disability acceptance and indirectly affected by self-efficacy. Second, the effect of interpersonal relationships on self-efficacy was greater in people with severe disabilities than in people with mild disabilities. A survey was conducted on labor support personnel in 15 labor support service organizations in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, and a total of 232 copies were collected and analyzed. The collected data was subjected to frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS 26.0, and statistical significance was verified using Process Macro 4. The results of the study were as follows: First, the higher the perception of role conflict among labor support workers, the more the positive (+) effects on job burnout and turnover intention. Role conflict was found to have a positive (+) effect on burnout, but it did not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Second, job burnout partially mediated the relationship between role conflict and turnover intention, and completely mediated the relationship between role ambiguity and turnover intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted from Aug. 1st to 30th, 2019 for 358 social workers working at social welfare centers located in Daegu City or Gyeongsangbuk-do. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The results were as follows: First, the transformational leadership perceived by social workers was shown to have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, organizational culture and empowerment were shown to have a double mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness perceived by social workers. These results suggested that the establishment of philosophy and vision reflecting transformational leadership that pursues organizational change and innovation, and the creation of a flexible culture that allows the development of the social workers’ abilities and competencies are included in the methods to enhance the organizational effectiveness of social welfare centers. In addition, action plans are presented to delegate decision-making authority to social workers through decentralization of the organization and to guarantee their autonomy.
