With over 400 million users and 80 million posts per day, Instagram has become an essential social media marketing tool for all business. Yet, with frequent changing of social media use patterns and preferences, it can be challenging to assign the right strategy to the right social media platform. The purpose of this case study is to explore how Instagram can improve as a mobile app for businesses and consumers. The study begins by exploring the rise of multi-platform use. The study will also evaluate and compare major social channels in terms of consumer and brand preferences. The study will then analyze and provide insights on ways Instagram can improve as a marketing platform for businesses. Data collection is achieved through case study analysis as an empirical way to examine social media platforms. This study provides individuals and businesses engaged in social media a comparison of major social media platforms and provides insight into digital marketing strategies for Instagram and businesses alike. The application of these conclusions could increase the survival rate of new social media platforms and provide a better understanding of Instagram as a strategic tool for practitioners. The dimensions of innovation strategy are (1) entrepreneurial leadership, (2) process innovation (3) service innovation and (4) learning organization as mediation to improve business unit performance. Business units of PT. The questionnaire consisted of 42 questions of choice with five Likert scales and one open question for analysing the 5 latent variables of the study. Data processing using SPSS 19 and SEM with software application LISREL Version 8.8. The findings of this research is the role of learning organization and entrepreneurial leadership to innovation is a source of knowledge and new capabilities and can produce more quality and sustainable innovation that will ultimately improve business unit performance. This study also proves the positive effect of sustainable innovation strategies will improve performance. Proven business unit performance is influenced by itself or together by innovation factor of entrepreneurial leadership, process innovation, service innovation and mediated with learning organization. Variable learning organization has the most dominant influence on performance. Based on Oxfam Indonesia’s report and the International NGO Forum on Indonesia Development (INFID), Indonesia’s economic inequality rankings are in the sixth worst position in the world. Indonesia’s economic growth is considered stable enough and the proportion of people living in extreme poverty has been reduced about eight percent. However, Oxfam and INFID rate the achievements of economic growth has not been matched by a more equitable division of income. Over the past two decades, inequality between the richest groups and other groups in Indonesia has increased rapidly compared to countries in Southeast Asia. Besides that, the report also records the wealth of the four richest people in Indonesia equal to the combined wealth of the 100 million poorest people. The research used Tawhidi String Relationship (TSR) methodology with circular causation through simultaneous equations as a quantitative analysis tool. Variables that are expected to affect the house ownership are 1) Sharia Financing, 2) Commercial Funding Cost, 3) House Sale Price, 4) Consumer Confidence, 5) Home Business Tendency, 6) Number of Houses Available and 7) Housing Infrastructure.This study uses secondary data sourced from Bank Indonesia, Financial Services Authority, Central Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of PUPR and some other supporting data from institutions and companies. The data used is monthly panel data from January 2005 to December 2016. The research method used is quantitative method with simultaneous equation analysis to see the causal relationship between the variables with Two Stages Least Square model (2SLS). The hioptesis test used at 95% significance level. The results show that Shariah Financing, Commercial Funding Costs, Business Tendencies, Number of Houses Available and Infrastructure House affect each other positively and significantly the Number of House Ownership. On the other hand, although it is theoretically influential, the House Sale Price and Consumer Confidence do not affect the House ownership. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to the Government and the stakeholders of housing to focus on the creation of policies involving significant and positive variables affecting the house ownership. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in India are attempting to improve the standard of teaching by using learning technologies. Technology is also playing a major role in mixed learning with immersive learning environments, but these systems are not widely used. With the help of appropriate technologies, HEIs have the ability to embrace and provide quality education to students of all streams. The aim of the research is to better understand the nuances of technological technologies and new technology activity in Bengaluru's higher education system. Secondary data was gathered from a variety of databases, including e-resources, annual reports, and the UGC journal over a three-year cycle. UGC publications have achieved methodological consistency by endorsing technological engineering philosophies, with members defining connotations for innovations through their use of them, rather than in accordance with a designer's wishes. According to the research, transformative technologies would improve the standard of Bengaluru's higher education institutions. Disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Robotics also have a lot of space for understanding. Instead, a limited set of tools is being applied to a wide variety of activities. In the world of higher education, both the teaching profession and students must be mindful of new technological technologies. HEI stakeholders should also understand and implement applicable and appropriate technology. (Friedman, 1962, 1970) in his two studies stated CSR activities could harm the interests of other stakeholders through decreased return on investment for shareholders, increased prices of products for consumers, and lower wages for employees. Chepchirchir (2015) in a study concluded that organizations should develop a shared vision for their CSR programmes with its stakeholders this will enable them monitor its progress and be able to stand the test of time.
