Pre-pandemic (n = 758) n2. Initial phase (n = 581), n<sub>3</sub>. Acute phase (n = 705), and n<sub>4</sub>. Protected return phase (n = 917), between August 2019 and September 2022. Using multivariable logistic regression models, factors associated (sociodemographic and clinical) with psychopathological symptomatology were identified.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>51.9% of students presented symptomatology, with a higher prevalence of depressive symptoms (22.9%), and somatic and sleep disturbance (11.1%). The pandemic phase (n<sub>2</sub>: OR, 12.69; n<sub>3</sub>: OR, 8.45; n<sub>4</sub>: OR, 5.62), having a personal history of major depression (OR, 4.35), family history of depression (OR, 1.96), limited (OR, 1.54) and insufficient economic resources (OR, 2.09) and being female (OR, 1.46) were significantly associated with symptomatology.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The pandemic influenced the mental health of undergraduate medical students. The frequency of hypoplastic NB varies between populations and is unknown in Mexico.</p><p><strong>Objective: </strong>To analyze the performance of hypoplastic NB for the early detection of fetal aneuploidies in a Mexican population.</p><p><strong>Material and methods: </strong>A nested case-control study in a cohort of Mexican pregnant women. The inclusion criteria were live fetus with crown-rump length (CRL) 45-84 mm and the result of perinatal karyotype or phenotype at birth. Ultrasonographic assessment of the NB was standardized. The statistical analyses were univariable, multiple logistic regression, Bayes' theorem and performance.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 65 cases and 1187 controls were studied, with maternal age of 1753 years. The frequency of hypoplastic NB was 1.6% (95% CI, 0.9-2.3) in euploid fetuses versus 44.6% (95% CI, 32.5-56.7) with aneuploidies (p < 0.001, X<sup>2</sup>). Sensitivity for trisomy 21 was 58.3% (PPV 52.5%, NPV 98.7%). The probability of the hypoplastic NB was conditioned by aneuploidy (type), CRL, and nuchal translucency. Adult members of the Yaqui Indigenous group have been shown to have serious health problems, and Yaqui schoolchildren could therefore find themselves in a similar situation.</p><p><strong>Objective: </strong>To evaluate the nutritional status, lipid profile and associated factors in a sample of Yaqui schoolchildren.</p><p><strong>Material and methods: </strong>A total of 109 Yaqui schoolchildren who lived in their localities of origin were recruited. Anthropometric measurements were carried out, a venous blood sample was extracted in fasting conditions, and several questionnaires were applied.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The prevalence of overweight/obesity was 38.5%, with no cases of chronic malnutrition being recorded; 38.6% of the children had dyslipidemia. Fiber consumption was a protective factor against overweight/obesity, while fat intake was a risk factor. The physical activity score was found to be a protective factor against dyslipidemia, and the risk factors were BMI-for-age Z-scores, waist circumference, family history of dyslipidemia, educational level, and permanent employment.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Yaqui schoolchildren equally suffer from a high proportion of overweight/obesity and dyslipidemia. The occurrence of the composite primary endpoint (cardiovascular death, re-infarction, congestive heart failure and cardiogenic shock) within 30 days was evaluated using Kaplan-Meier estimates, log-rank test and Cox proportional hazards model. Epicardial blood flow was assessed using the TIMI grading system after reperfusion.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 935 patients were included; 85.6% were males and 6.9% had a history of PCI; 53% underwent pharmacoinvasive therapy, and 47%, primary PCI. The incidence of the composite primary endpoint at 30 days in patients with a history of PCI was 9.8% vs 13.3% in those with no previous PCI (p = 0.06). This was done in, three California counties' clinics over a two-year follow-up period.</p><p><strong>Material and methods: </strong>A pseudo longitudinal study of patients of nine clinics in three counties from 2021 to 2023. Psychometric analyses of the satisfaction variables were performed, as well as bivariate and multivariate analyses with logistic regressions.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The number of Hispanic patients visiting the clinics increased from seven to nine out of ten in two years.
