In the industrial revolution 4.0, fraud no longer involves manual or physical activities, but auditors must improve their skills by understanding fraud in the form of data anomalies. In conjunction with the audit process, this company information system will be the source of data in the audit process. Technology-based company operations make operational data no longer be paper, but are stored in electronic form. Auditors need to understand the importance of understanding and using technology in this audit process because data is available in electronic form (database), so manual procedures for obtaining and analyzing data are no longer effective for use. Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATs) is a term intended for the use of technology in assisting auditors in carrying out the audit process. Our research is qualitative descriptive, we used primary data from observation, and inquiry or interview. Our interviewees are auditor in accounting firm who already used computer assisted audit techniques in daily work for data extraction and analysis. Our research result shows that auditors can implement CAATs in GAS (Generalized Audit Software) which is software created specifically for audit purposes. GAS has features that can easily test management assertions. GAS able to help auditor in more effective and efficient data extraction and analysis in order to detect symptom of fraud such anomaly in data, but even GAS has a lot of advantage and benefit, still GAS have weakness and disadvantages","PeriodicalId":127162,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Conference on E-Business and Internet","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114348221","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since 2010, O2O (Online To Offline) business model has enjoyed a widespread application, notably in catering services. Nevertheless, the continuous proliferation of food delivery services is leading to market saturation, thus initiates a new stage of brand building and user experience enhancement. Finding approaches to effectively improve e-loyalty becomes crucial for companies. This study takes Meituan, market leader in China's e-commerce food market, as an example, applying online survey method and structural equation modeling to analyze users’ motives. The study shows variables affect the e-loyalty on O2O platforms in different levels. E-commerce companies can improve competitiveness by developing strategies and features based on these e-loyalty drivers.","PeriodicalId":127162,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Conference on E-Business and Internet","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133295144","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

E-commerce business transactions will inevitably be affected by payment behavior, taxation and other factors. With the rapid development of e-commerce companies, the current financial risk management model of e-commerce companies is no longer able to meet the development requirements of the company. Their financial management and financial status are facing major tests, which directly affect the normal operation of the company. It is increasingly important to strengthen the financial risk management of e-commerce companies. This article takes e-commerce companies as the research object and analyzes financial risk management on the basis of big data. It mainly explores how e-commerce companies do a good job in security management, how to establish and improve corporate financial risk management systems, and then improve corporate financial risk identification and management and control capabilities to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company. With the emergence of big data, e-commerce companies have risen sharply, so the competition between them has become increasingly fierce. The profit model is more common in the current online education for the purpose of quality education. The advantage is that the input-output ratio is huge, and it is easy to launch new projects. At the same time, there are certain problems, such as a single profit point and market competition. In this respect, X Online Education Company should continue to improve the operation mode and product quality of existing projects, and actively develop into other market segments, and expand other markets that do not have a large number of enterprises to settle in. machine. Since the government introduced the relevant policies of the online education industry, the entry barriers and general measures of the online education industry have been stricter. The whole industry is facing shuffling, and there are too many homogenized products in the market, only to recognize their own advantages and Only after solving the problem can we maintain long-term profitability and remain invincible.","PeriodicalId":127162,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2020 4th International Conference on E-Business and Internet","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114225788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
