The perfection and reasonable operation of delisting system are crucial to the stability and vitality of the stock market. This article starts with the relevant delisting system, deeply analyzes the current situation of China's capital market delisting, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the unsmooth delisting and the imperfect supporting system after the delisting.
