However, there are still many complaints from patients regarding the attitude of doctors who are less communicative and do not try to build good interactions with patients. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with patients at community health centers in Tangerang City. The results of the study showed that the interpersonal communication implemented by doctors at Community Health Center X in Tangerang City, Banten was not effective. This is proven by the need for improvements in attitudes of openness, empathy, supportiveness, positivity and equality.","PeriodicalId":127066,"journal":{"name":"Technium Social Sciences Journal","volume":"3 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138585696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Informants were determined using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques that will be used in this research consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the process of preparing planning documents up to Budget Planning looks good, but in the future, the coordination of the preparation of activities between Departments, study programs, Faculties, and Universities, can still be improved. Meanwhile, in budget implementation, efforts are still needed to reduce or simultaneously eliminate obstacles in the submission of Accountability Letters (SPJ) from departments and study programs, so that they do not hinder the implementation of other activities due to negligence in SPJ matters. In Budget Accountability, the role of Faculty leaders is still needed in monitoring the preparation of activity reports and the placement of human resources who have competence in preparing reports. This needs attention because negligence in financial management accountability has legal consequences.","PeriodicalId":127066,"journal":{"name":"Technium Social Sciences Journal","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138586562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When an educator experiences failures, they are often attributed to inadequacies of a personal nature, including but not limited to suboptimal empathy, excessive or insufficient enthusiasm, or, as appropriate, excessive authoritarianism, inflexibility, or, conversely, excessive permissiveness. The sphere of stress, tension and anxiety, respectively, within the teaching body is configured as a compartment of the personality and mental health of teachers, which has been almost neglected from a cause-effect relationship perspective. Many postgraduate protagonists went to great lengths to emphasize that dealing with and managing anxiety turned out to be experiences of exceptional significance in the context of their subsequent professional work. A substantial segment of this population showed a strong inclination towards careful consideration of anxiety as a central theme in the educational sphere. As a comprehensive entity, frequently accompanied by an implicit nuance or predispositional character (ie, acting as an internal cause of manifested behavior), anxiety lends itself to multiple operational definitions. The prevalence of various forms of emotional maladjustment, especially anxiety, among the teaching staff has been a subject of sustained research since the first decades of this century. Self-esteem is a trait dedicated to the individual characteristic affective evaluation of one's own person. It is assumed that the level of self-efficacy of the teaching staff is influenced by the degree of self-esteem they show. Thus, the hypothesis is drawn that self-esteem plays an essential role in the academic itinerary of the teachers. A positive self-evaluation intrinsically facilitates the individual's professional development, translated into visible and consistent performance over the relevant time period.","PeriodicalId":127066,"journal":{"name":"Technium Social Sciences Journal","volume":"38 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138587767","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, creativity is one of key skills necessary for future jobs. People, who have creative and innovative thinking, generate original ideas and produce unique products, form a special stratum of society called creative class. Creative class professionals include scientists, teachers, artists, models, social media influencers, etc. This article is intended to outline the specifics of new type of workers’ lifestyle which implies comfortable living conditions known as “quality of place.” In order to clarify how ready Türkiye is for the development of the creative class, the state of the labor market is analyzed. It has been revealed that the Turkish labor market is characterized by both strengths (e.g. large population, a large share of the youth, increase in labor productivity) and weaknesses (e.g. labor underutilization, limited female labor participation, lack of skills). People mainly work in agriculture, industry, service sector and construction. These characteristics outline the basis for the rise of the creative class and the emergence of new careers in Türkiye. Correspondingly, this research is aimed at analysis and assessment of factors, circumstances and preconditions for the emergence of the creative class in Türkiye as well as determining the creative class job opportunities. The methodology of the study is founded on exploring new and potential jobs that will be required by the future. The article presents a framework for the assessment of the creative class in Türkiye based on the standard measures of job quantity, as well as job quality and labor market inclusiveness. The paper proposes the vision of how Türkiye can drive talent transformation and upskill its workforce in order to satisfy demand for innovative type of workers and take advantage of new opportunity. This study provides a unique and vital contribution to ongoing discussions about the significance of the creative class for employment highlighting the universalized assumptions concerning the position of these professionals in the Turkish economy.","PeriodicalId":127066,"journal":{"name":"Technium Social Sciences Journal","volume":"58 47","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138588208","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
