This phenomenon highlights the importance of interfaith dialogue to achieve inter-religious tolerance especially for Malaysia consists various races and religions. This literature review study using qualitative method concluded that the Pongal Festival celebrated by Hindus is religious in nature due to the element of worship to the Gods. Meanwhile, Chinese New Year consists of celebrations which can be classified as customary or cultural celebrations. According to the syara’, any act of tasyabbuh in akidah and belief is strictly prohibited. Though the aspect of tasyabbuh needs to be looked further in detail especially in the context of Malaysia as pluralistic-society country. While al-Quran explains that the prayer can restrain from illegal behaviours such as drugs abuse, little is known of how rehab centres’ clients perceive the practice of dhikr as part of their rehabilitative program. This study aims to examine clients’ perception of the practice of dhikr in ISRA (Islamic Spiritual Rehabilitation Approach) program settings. 244 Malay male respondents (61.5% single, 21-57 years-old) were randomly selected from three NADA rehabilitation centres. The practice of dhikr in this study comprised of four domains; (a) behavioural, (b) speech, (c) action, and (d) meaningfulness. Results showed that clients perceived more meaningfulness of dhikr than other domains, and that Malay drug addicts still had a high perception for the practice of dhikr. Findings showed that a higher level and understanding of dhikr practice can still be achieved by drug addicts with proper guidance and robust mechanisms. To achieve its objectives, the research relies on the descriptive analytical method by reading his interpretation and the sayings of scholars to clarify its features and praise it. Data collection was done qualitatively through library research and interviews. The study population consisted of selected states. While the study sample is Johor, Perak, Selangor, Penang and the Federal Territory. Overall, the study proves that the implications of privatization in the administration of zakat provide several advantages compared to states that do not practice privatization. States that do not implement privatization are seen to have difficulty adding new staff and assigning permanent positions to contract staff. This makes it difficult to further expand zakat operations. For states that implement the privatization of zakat, they can determine their own operating travel activities. Each new staff application only needs to be approved at the internal management level of the company according to current needs, and if the management approves it then the company can advertise the vacancy into the mainstream media. Provided with a vast knowledge of Islamic tradition and Western, his ideas have impacted the academic world crossing the disciplines. Al-Faruqi also went further by transforming his ideas into a decisive practice especially when he co-founded the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) as a symbol that showcases the relevance of the methodology of Islamic education. Two of his significant writings which are the Islamization of Knowledge: General Principles and Work Plan and Al-Tawhid: Its Implications for Thought and Life have become one of the major references in the field of Islamic studies. By referring these two writings, this study argues that, Al-Faruqi’s view on politics is inevitable and he presented his political thought by establishing a substantial connection between Islam and politics. Besides that, Al-Faruqi also acknowledges the discipline of political science by arguing that such discipline is critical in assessing the problematic situation that the Muslim world is currently facing. Where the researcher assumes that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance of the role of job performance in achieving strategic objectives in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in Oman. To achieve the objectives of the research was used descriptive analytical method. The researcher also developed a questionnaire consisting of 28 paragraphs representing an independent variable is the functional performance and a dependent variable, which is the strategic objectives in addition to the personal and functional characteristics of the sample members. The study population included the 3000 employees of the Ministry of Agriculture in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher selected a sample of 338 employees. Major and minor tools will be used for research such as questionnaires, books, previous studies, publications and others. SPSS will also be used to analyze the results of the questionnaire. This paper has some great aims that are highlighting the role of Maqāsid al-Shariah and its impact on developing the programs of Islamic Higher Educational Institutions, explaining the importance of Maqāsid al-Shariah to the Scholar and the learner and the role of the purposes of Shariah and its impact on the formation of a good citizen. The methodology used in this research is the descriptive analytical approach based on the induction and data analysis. The research concluded that observing the purposes of Shariah at developing educational programs requires the attention to the reality of religious, social, economic and cultural society, and that the administrative development is a basic pillar for any educational development in the university institutions. This library research study is the result of a descriptive analysis of the Qur’an as primary data. While secondary data in the form of the book Modern Physics Schaum’s outlines, interpretation of al-Jami ‘li Ahkam al-Qur’an, interpretation of al-Qur’anul Madjid an-Nur, interpretation of al-Mishbah, Tafsir al-Jami’ al-Bayan at-Ta’wil Ayi al-Qur’an, Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Aisar and other relevant articles. The analytical method used is critical analysis with inductive thinking techniques. This study reports that the word وَالاَبْصَار in QS. as-Sajdah verse 9 and QS. az-Zalzalah verses 7-8 contain the meaning of optical devices (eye) humans have limitations to be able to observe an atom whose composition of particles is very small and the word ذَرّةٍ in QS. Az-Zalzalah verses 7-8 contextually modern physics is called a quark. The eye as an optical instrument still has limitations to see quarks, so it is necessary to find an optical instrument that is more sophisticated than an electron microscope.
