The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the community to be adaptive to the various forms of social change it causes. The various existing problems have presented a social transformation urge in society, in fact, it was not impossible that civilization and humanitarian order would experience a shift in a direction and form that is far different from the previous conditions.Socio-logical  construction  in  the  four  perceptions  of  society  illustrated  the dynamics of public response to various government policies related to the Covid-19 pandemic. We also understood this perception at the level of awareness, discipline, and social behavior during the pandemic and currently in Indonesia there were still additional new clusters for the spread of Covid-19, both area and activity- based.Keywords: Covid 19, Social change, community, perception, societyAbstrakSecara sosiologis, pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan sosial yang tidak direncanakan dalam artian, perubahan sosial yang terjadi secara sporadis dan tidak dikehendaki kehadirannya oleh masyarakat. Akibat dari ketidaksiapan masyarakat dalam menghadapi pandemi ini pada gilirannya telah menyebabkan disorganisasi sosial di segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat.Dampak pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa komunitas masyarakat harus adaptif terhadap berbagai bentuk perubahan sosial yang diakibatkannya. Berbagai ragam persoalan yang ada telah menghadirkan desakan transformasi sosial di masyarakat, bahkan, bukan tidak mungkin peradaban dan tatanan kemanusiaan akan mengalami pergeseran ke arah dan bentuk yang jauh berbeda dari kondisi sebelumnya. Konstruksi sosilogis dalam empat persepsi masyarakat menggambarkan dinamika respon masyarakat pada berbagai kebijakan pemerintah terkait pandemi Covid-19. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population is all hijab agents Arrafi Diandra Demak. The technique of determining the sample by means of purposive sampling. In this study, the number of samples used was 72 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The results based on partial testing in this study are that satisfaction is proven to have an effect and is significant on word of mouth, while experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth. Based on the results of simultaneous testing it is in the strong category, because satisfaction and experiential marketing have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth.</em></p><p><em>Keywords: satisfaction, experiential marketing, word of mouth.</em></p><p align=\"center\"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kepuasan dan <em>experiential marketing   </em>terhadap <em>word of mouth </em>pada agen hijab Arrafi Diandra Demak.   Jenis   penelitian   yang   digunakan   adalah   penelitian  eksplanatori. Populasinya adalah semua agen hijab Arrafi Diandra Demak. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan cara <em>purposive sampling</em>. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan 72 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner <em>online </em>dengan menggunakan skala likert. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan terbukti berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap <em>word of mouth</em>, sedangkan <em>experiential marketing </em>memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>word of </em><em>mouth</em>. The PPPA Ministerial Regulation clearly states that protection for elderly women must be a priority in the development of welfare for the elderly. The life expectancy of women is higher than that of men, being an elderly woman is in the vulnerable category. This vulnerability results from the solitude of life away from relatives. Apart from being physically vulnerable, elderly women are physically vulnerable. The problem related to elderly women is how the protection performance for elderly women. The purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  protection  performance  of  elderly women. To fulfill the protection and welfare of the elderly, the local government establishes protection in the form of metal spiritual protection, education, health, social and economic as well as facilities and infrastructure. Of the various forms of protection, the average performance of local governments is in the good category.Key words: elderly, women, prosperous, protection, health AbstrakLansia perempuan memiliki kedudukan yang sama dalam memperoleh perlindungan.   Peraturan   Menteri   PPPA   secara   jelas   menyatakan   bahwa perlindungan bagi lansia perempuan harus menjadi prioritas dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan bagi lansia. Usia harapan hidup perempuan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki, menjadi lansia perempuan masuk dalam kategori rentan. Kerentanan ini akibat kesendirian dalam hidup jauh dari sanak saudara. Selain secara phiskis rentan lansia perempuan secara fisik juga rentan. Permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan lansia perempuan adalah bagaimana kinerja perlindungan bagi lansia perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja perlindungan lansia perempuan. This research employed Countenance Stake model which involves Antecedents, Transactions, and Outcomes aspects. The research subjects were 15 school principals. Data were collected using observation and interview techniques. Descriptive qualitative technique was used to analize the data.The results of this study are: 1) antecedents, supervision does not run well, schools do not establish school-level PIP implementing committees, 2) transactions, supervision  had  been  carried  out,  without  clear  job  description.  The  school principal as the person in charge of all school activities acts normatively as a supervisor in the implementation of PIP. 3) outcomes, the supervision of the use of funds is only limited on a suggestion to use PIP funds according to the instructions. There is no responsibility regarding the supervision of PIP. Inhibiting factors for supervision of PIP in schools in Todanan sub-district, namely: 1) Lack of socialization of the school’s roles by related parties. 2) Schools are not required to take responsibility related to the implementation of PIP so that supervision at the school level does not run well.Keywords: Evaluation, Supervision, Program Indonesia Pintar.AbstrakPenelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk mengetahui  pelaksanaan  pengawasan  dan faktor- faktor  yang menghambat pelaksanaan pengawasan Program  Indonesia  Pintar di Sekolah sekecamatan Todanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Countenance Stake yang meliputi Aspek Antecedents, Transactions, dan Outcames. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 Kepala Sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini yakni: 1) antecedents, pengawasan tidak berjalan dengan baik, sekolah tidak membentuk panitia pelaksana PIP tingkat sekolah, 2) transactions, pengawasan telah dilakukan, tanpa penugasan yang jelas. Kepala sekolah selaku penanggung jawab seluruh kegiatan sekolah bertindak secara normatif sebagai pengawas dalam pelaksanaan PIP. 3) outcomes, Pengawasan pemanfaatan dana hanya berupa himbauan untuk memenfatkan dana PIP sesuai petunjuk. Tidak ada pertanggungjawaban apapun terkait pengawasan PIP. Various policies have been issued by the central and local governments. Starting from limiting social relationships (socialdistancing), calling for work from home for most of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). A number of institutions made policy adjustments to survive in maintaining their performance, especially in providing public services to the community. This has never been imagined for stakeholders to adapt to the Covid-19 era. Like it or not, every institution or agency is forced to innovate in providing services to other parties. Whereas previously interaction was more often in the form of face-to-face, now the public is more familiar with the use of digital networks. However, the reality in the field is not all institutions or agencies are ready to innovate without compromising the quality of public services. There are many obstacles faced by institutions, especially those with many branches in the regions, such as limited infrastructure and people who are still not technology literate. Although it seems difficult to implement in all regions of Indonesia, digital-based public services must be immediately applied for the convenience of the community in the Covid-19 era. The application of digital-based public services should be applied as early as possible. Utilization of digital technology supported by infrastructure and human resources reliable service is felt to be able to bridge access to public services in the midst of a pandemic.Key words: service, public, administration, demography.AbstrakSejak diumumkan kasus positif virus Covid-19 di Indonesia pada Maret 2020 lalu, pemerintah meningkatkan langkah-langkah dalam menangani pandemi global dari Covid-19. Berbagai kebijakan telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Mulai dari membatasi hubungan sosial (socialdistancing), menghimbau untuk bekerja di rumah (work from home) bagi sebagian besar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Sejumlah Lembaga melakukan penyesuaian kebijakan untuk survive dalam menjaga kinerjanya terutama memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Hal ini tidak pernah terbayangkan sebelumnya bagi pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) untuk beradaptasi di era Covid-19. Mau tidak mau setiap lembaga atau  instansi  dipaksa  untuk  melakukan  inovasi  dalam  memberikan  pelayanan kepada pihak lain. Bila sebelumnya interaksi lebih sering dalam bentuk tatap muka maka sekarang ini publik lebih akrab dengan penggunaan jejaring digital. However, this implementation has not been optimal. The transformation of conventional public services into electrical/digital public services is very urgent and important to do. This study aims to determine the implementation, optimization and obstacles in the implementation of e-Tilang. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach was chosen as the research method. The results showed that the implementation of e- Tilang was not optimal. For this reason, the optimization of e-tilang can be done by: (1) synergy and coordination between institutions; (2) support multiple resources; and (3) the role of a strong leader. Meanwhile, the obstacles that were found were: (a) the procedure and amount of the e-tilang were not well socialized; (b) the verdicts are not synchronized; (c) the internet network is not yet stable; (d) some officers still lack technology; (e) the Electronic Traffic Violation Enforcement Control Center (E-TVECC) system has not been used; and (f) there are still opportunities for “negotiable” practice.Keywords:  Covid19,  Public  Services,  Transformation,  E-Government,  E-Traffic Ticket.AbstrakPelaksanaan E-Tilang sangat penting dilakukan, terutama dalam masa Paandemi Covid 19 di Kota Semarang. Namun pelaksanaan tersebut belum optimal. Transformasi pelayanan publik konvensional menjadi pelayanan publik secara elektroik / digital sangat mendesak dan penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk   mengetahui   tentang   pelaksanaan,   optimalisasi   dan  kendala   dalam pelaksanaan  e-Tilang.  Penelitian  deskriptif dengan pendekatan  kualitatif  dipilih sebagai metode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan e- Tilang kurang optimal. Untuk itu optimalisasi pelaksanaan e-tilang dapat dilakukan dengan  :  (1)  sinergitas  dan koordinasi  antar  lembaga;  (2)  dukungan  berbagai sumber daya; dan (3) peran pemimpin yang kuat. Everyone can become avictim and everyone has the choice to take action or not to commit a criminal act that results in social unrest. Social insecurity can occur in various perspectives. The causes also vary from social, environmental, cultural conditions, habits that are continuous without being cut off, health and other vulnerable conditions. Social vulnerability must be viewed from an inclusive perspective, because it is the right of citizens to secure a sense of security in their life. This study reveals a social vulnerability handling model that can be used in the management of developing social conflicts. The aim of this research is to get a situation description, analysis and recommendations in controlling social vulnerability in an inclusive perspective with the locus of the city of Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that the most  effective  treatment  for  social  insecurity  starts  from  early  detection.  This model continues to be developed so that the basis of this model, namely accurate information can be found and applied immediately.  Keywords: crime, vulnerability, social, inclusive, model, detective, early.  Abstrak Kerawanan sosial tidak memilih tempat, waktu dan sasaran. Semua orang dapat menjadi korban dan semua orang memiliki pilihan untukmelakukan tindakan atau tidak melakukan tidakan kriminal yang mengakibatkan kerawanan sosial. Kerawanan sosial dapat terjadi dalam berbagai perspektif. Penyebabnyapun juga bervariasi dari kondisi sosial,lingkungan, budaya, kebiasaan yang terus-menerus tanpa terpotong, kesehatan dan kondisi rentan lainnya. Kerawanan sosial harus dipandang dalam perspektif inklusif, karena menjadi hak warga negara untuk mendapatkan jaminan rasa aman dalam berkehidupan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan model penanganan kerawanan sosial yang dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan konflik-konflik sosial yang berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mendapatkan  gambaran  situasi,  analisis  dan  rekomendasi  dalam pengendalian kerawanan sosial dalam perspektif inklusif dengan lokus kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penanganan kerawanan sosial paling efektif dimualai dari deteksi dini. The policies and strategies implemented by our government cannot be separated from the various responses  and  perceptions  given  by  the  community.  The  Covid-19  emergency period, which required all teachers and students to learn from home, in fact did not just  change  learning  locations  and  methods.  The  spread  of  the  Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has in many students having to carry out learning activities at home, both through online and offline facilities. However, not all students and educators have the ability to access online learning platforms optimally. Learning system services in the New Normal era have always been a problem that is often encountered in every educational institution in the Blora district, as well as what happened in SMP Negeri 3 Ngawen, Ngawen District, Blora Regency is still low in the service of the learning system during the New Normal period. Keywords: Services, Learning Systems, schools, teachers, students AbstrakPada hakekatnya lembaga Pendidikan  berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa,  berakhlak mulia, sehat,  berilmu,  cakap,  kreatif, mandiri,  dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggungjawab (UU SisdiknasNomor 20 Tahun 2003, pasal 3). Kebijakan dan strategi yang dilakukan pemerintah kita tak luput dari aneka respons dan persepsi yang diberikan masyarakat. Masa darurat Covid-19 yang mengharuskan semua guru dan siswa belajar   dari   rumah,   nyatanya   tak   sekedar   mengubah   lokasi   dan  metode belajar. Penyebaran  pandemi  Coronavirus  Disease  (COVID-19) mengakibatkan banyak peserta didik harus melaksanakan kegiatan belajar di rumah, baik melalui sarana dalam jaringan (daring) maupun luar jaringan (luring). Namun, tidak semua peserta didik maupun pendidik memiliki kemampuan untuk mengakses platform pembelajaran daring secara optimal..
