Nowadays information service transformation theory researches are falling behind the practical progress; and the information service agencies’ reform is also lack of plan. The approximate ability of the SVM to any nonlinear function was utilized to drill the correction model. so as to enable it to be setup at different temperatures and voltage fluctuation, thus allowing the sensor output can be in a nonlinear mapping relation to the voltage values the sensor actually sensed. The results show that, in short-term prediction, grey system is an effective way and RBF has perfect ability to study. The combined grey neural network (CGNN) has the dual properties of trend and fluctuation under the condition of combining with the time-dependent sequence satisfaction. RBF and the combined grey neural network (CGNN) model are established. Combined with cascade-correlation (CC) and RBF-DDA algorithms, gas explosion impacting on coal mine production safety largely is analyzed. The analysis results show that gas explosion accident is caused by many reasons. The relationship between coal mine production and safety needs to be effectively coordinated. It is concluded that, at the beginning, CC and RBF-DDA algorithms are used to structure the initial hidden nodes to zero. Through the training process, the hidden units are added in the light of adaptive algorithm constantly. Meanwhile dispersion coefficient and wind speed are considered as grey parameters. One grey numerical quality model of air pollution is built according to grey theory and applies to the air pollution diffusing system of Handan city. Meantime analyze the important impact factors of the gray level.
