Enterprises in the development of performance standards, are often unable to maintain its dynamic consistency, easy to make knowledge workers to the entire cast doubt on the performance of the evaluation process, thus weakening their passion for work, is finally unable to achieve the desired performance management results. This paper uses game theory analysis of the relevant knowledge proof of knowledge workers to maintain performance standards for the necessity of dynamic consistency, and performance evaluation of maintaining dynamic consistency recommendations.","PeriodicalId":126685,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Innovation Management","volume":"323 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116381192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is found that the flood increase was due to the decrease the channel roughness in the propagation of high concentrated flood carrying the extra fine sediment which was discharged from xiaolangdi reservoir. Then the experiment with extra fine sediment flowing smooth, roughness beds was studied. Based on the comparison between the distributions of velocity and the analysis of resistance in the experiment, the results show that resistance of flow may be considerably reduced by the extra fine sediment if the flow boundary is rough. It has the significant value for the flood control and flood prediction.","PeriodicalId":126685,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Innovation Management","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131582199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main goal of e-government systems is to promote the accessibility of government’s information created by the various processing among the public sectors. The needs of sharing data and processes from the legacy systems are currently increased. However, it is difficult to convert the interoperable infrastructure from distributed and independent legacy systems in governments. Further, it requires more cost, labor and times to gain the advantages from the legacy. In this paper, we suggest the grid based integrated environments to use the distributed legacy systems in ease, as to solve the issued problems. The grid environments consist of a set of grid-middleware that connects to database and systems. The grid-middleware should be light-weight and flexible to guarantee the integrity of the independent legacy systems. Therefore we describe the middleware based on the multi-agents and consequently show data interoperation from e-government grid system through the integration of legacy systems. It is expected to reduce cost and time, as well as easily builds the cooperating environments on government’s legacy systems.","PeriodicalId":126685,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Innovation Management","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127115453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the comparison on the efficiency of four different agencies, the results show that: colleges and universities, businesses and other sectors are weak DEA validity, and scientific research institutes for the DEA is invalid. Comparisons of input-output efficiency shows: the most efficient institutions is colleges and universities, followed by other institutions, enterprises and R & D institutions. Several suggestions and explanations were proposed to improve efficiency according to the calculating results.","PeriodicalId":126685,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Innovation Management","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125464037","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AHP and Fuzzy judgement was used the evaluation system of CDIO model teachers’ classroom teaching quality. By analyzing constituent elements of teaching quality, teaching attitude, teaching method, teaching content and teaching effectiveness was proposed as index system, on the basis of experts’ knowledge and subjective experience, the subjective element was removed as much as possible by using marigorous logic mathematical methods, index weights was determined by using AHP, the model was established by using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results can reflect the management of teaching quality more objectively, so as to provide a new way for evaluation of CDIO model teachers’ classroom teaching quality, thus it has theoretical and practical value.","PeriodicalId":126685,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Innovation Management","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125664766","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
