Granados","doi":"10.25087/RESUR12A12","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25087/RESUR12A12","url":null,"abstract":"The objective of this work is to present an analytical review of the educational policies that have been proposed over the years, this century, to address the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational field, and in parallel to analyze the way in which these policies have been adapted to the current emergency context, to continue with distance training processes, in which a response has been made to the educational needs of millions of students. \u0000It was found that ICTs have represented a window to innovate teaching processes and strategies, showing itself as a way to modify the roles of teachers and students. For this reason, its integration in educational projects becomes essential to achieve democratic forms of inclusion, equity and educational quality that meet the proposals of the international agenda. En Mexico se ha incluido el idioma en los planes de estudio de los diferentes niveles educativos; pero a pesar de ello los alumnos no logran dominarlo y se quedan sin esa herramienta para su vida profesional. Esta situacion nos llevo a formularnos las preguntas siguientes: ?por que no aprenden ingles?, ?les interesa el idioma?, ?es para ellos el ingles una herramienta util en su vida profesional? Para dar respuesta a las mismas se decidio hacer una investigacion la cual tiene como objetivo analizar a los alumnos para saber cual es su opinion acerca del aprendizaje del idioma y de su uso en la vida profesional. Para tal efecto se conformo un grupo de estudio con la participacion de 12 estudiantes que cursan carreras en ingenieria electromecanica, gestion empresarial e industrial. Se observo al grupo durante los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre del ciclo escolar 2019 – 2020. \u0000El presente trabajo expone la etapa de diagnostico con la finalidad de identificar areas de oportunidad para trabajar mediante un proyecto de intervencion “el aprendizaje del ingles mediante el aprendizaje colaborativo en estudiantes universitarios”, como parte de la formacion profesionalizante de la Maestria en Gestion del Aprendizaje de la Universidad Veracruzana, region Poza Rica-Tuxpan. Se dan a conocer los resultados al aplicar un instrumento disenado exprofeso, evidenciando que un porcentaje alto de alumnos consideran importante el aprendizaje del idioma, pero su conocimiento del mismo es bajo. La importancia de este estudio permite establecer una clara estrategia de las politicas y el exito que han tenido en los resultados de su nivel educativo alcanzado. Si bien en cada pais la configuracion del respectivo sistema educativo tiene su propia especificidad, en lo general los casos comparten elementos comunes en cuanto a ciclos, niveles, grados y grupos de edad. Podemos afirmar que los sistemas de educacion son resultado de tendencias y momentos politicos, sociales, economicos y educativos, ocurridos a lo largo del siglo XX y XXI. Los rasgos distintivos del sistema educativo de cada pais se detallan de manera clara y se hace una comparativa entre ambos. Los cambios que han tenido lugar a lo largo del tiempo han perseguido que su sistema educativo sea cada vez mas competitivo y que su administracion permita hacer mas efectiva su educacion, ya que esta es una llave para el progreso del pais, y que permita ser un elemento esencial del nivel socioeconomico. In this maelstrom of constant changes, there are those who seek to grasp concepts that have proven their explanatory richness by the hand of important intellectuals. But, without the appropriate reflective processes, these notions run the risk of being taken up in a trivial way, losing their conceptual and intellectual richness, becoming simple nominal banners that, far from providing certainty, soon fall into the game of a global dynamic characterized by emptiness and emptiness. nonsense. The objective of this work is to show how in the current resurgence of the concept of Formation, understood as Bildung, its technical dimension is privileged unilaterally, by stripping it of the spiritual and conceptual part, accessible through reason, and that is necessary for an integral development of the individual. This process is founded or consolidated under the principles of participation, interculturality, equity and quality, considering diversity or multiculturalism as the central axis, aspects inherent to the human being, which promote open dialogue, coexistence, and reciprocal learning, that is, a comprehensive process that adapts to the needs of the individual. Therefore, it is important to consider art in inclusive education as a potentialization mechanism and facilitator of the harmonious development of the dimensions of boys and girls, and in the same way the incorporation of transversal pedagogical activities or tools that in turn facilitate the process teaching - learning. \u0000The research project analyzes and describes the importance of the implementation of a variety of activities and pedagogical experiences such as music, dance, painting, theater, crafts, among others, allowing to strengthen the physical and cognitive process of students with various types of disabilities. The project presents a mixed approach with a type of Participant Action Research, using data collection instruments such as observation diaries, questionnaire, survey, and semi-structured interview. The results obtained are descriptive in nature and summarize the perceptions regarding the applied artistic activities. The foundation of this work is found in teacher training models, virtual teaching and teaching innovation. It is necessary to innovate to respond to the unforeseen situation of total virtuality. It is important to reflect on the response in both contexts, because, according to Bray and Adamson (2007), the adoption of the educational institution as a unit of analysis requires that we focus on the institutional culture that is different in both contexts. In the case of Spain it is a University and in the case of Mexico it is an institution of Higher Education but it is not a University. We will focus on the narratives about the students' experience in confinement, about the teaching methodology that had to be changed and the situation experienced by the teachers. The research method used has been a comparative case study, focused on the development of two subjects, one from Mexico and the other from Spain. As Stake (1999) indicates, we intend to achieve an understanding of the changes produced in the teaching of both cases. It is a qualitative research that aims to find elements for improvement by delving into two different contexts. We have found that it is possible to distinguish a series of stages in the response to an unforeseen break in face-to-face teaching, ranging from a situation of uncertainty and concern for the health of students and teachers to the formal modification made in the teaching guides, ending with some difficulties encountered in evaluating student performance.
