The chapter explores ways to address such hierarchies and contribute to women’s emancipation from a human rights perspective. The analysis delves into the presence and influence of women academics across career levels, fields of study, and access to higher wages in the University. It shows that, overall, the creation of universal laws that support gender equality has led to advances in parity among men and women academics. However, it also reveals that women still struggle to achieve high-rank research positions because persistent hierarchies and the glass ceiling impede women's achievements more often than those of their male colleagues. The first part of the chapter explains the positive changes towards gender equality in international law documents, which in turn influenced Mexican laws. It then builds on Nathalie Heinich’s theory on the visibility of women in academia to explain why women face a glass ceiling barrier in the higher echelons of research, knowledge production and leadership positions.","PeriodicalId":126633,"journal":{"name":"RESUR","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115202223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, this work presents the progress of an Educational Intervention Project that aims to account for digital skills for research in undergraduate students; It is based on the Action- Research methodology and is based on constructivism, focused on the skills approach. The group selected as the object of study are the students of the fourth semester group \"A\" of the Petroleum Process Engineering career at the Universidad para el Bienestar Benito Juarez Garcia, at Poza Rica, Veracruz. In the diagnostic phase, the following instruments were applied: VAK test, study conditions test, semi-structured interviews, observation guides and an instrument made up of 43 questions that revealed the level of mastery over digital skills required by students to improve in research, since 83 % of Students do not use indexed databases to search for reliable sources of information, 66 % are not considered suitable to consult virtual libraries and 67 % do not consult articles and scientific journals when researching, due to these results the competencies of: search and selection of scientific texts and critical thinking in the analysis of scientific texts. Given the qualitative evaluation of the results obtained, it was determined that Project Based Learning (PBL), in flipped Classroom modality, is the guideline to design the strategy to be implemented in the Educational Intervention Project through which it is expected to develop digital research skills.","PeriodicalId":126633,"journal":{"name":"RESUR","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131993346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in this sector promotes a culture of efficient and relevant use for the improvement of the educational process, but this incorporation requires guidelines and guidelines to guide this process. This work is part of a broader investigation that investigated the main guidelines that have guided the implementation of ICT in the last 30 years in Mexico. For the purposes of this communication, one of the seven identified guidelines was chosen: The transformation / Modification of pedagogical / teaching practice from the use of ICT; To analyze some of the changes that have been generated in recent years, four information gathering techniques were used: the documentary analysis of the study programs and the didactic planning carried out by teachers, the semi-structured interview with Academic Directors and Coordinators of two normal schools located in the municipality of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and the design and application of a questionnaire to teachers from both schools and the application of a focus group. The results indicate that despite the fact that in the last thirty years policies have been dictated to promote the technological presence and the modification of pedagogical practices, in the plans and programs analyzed the presence of ICT is incipient; However, this data contrasts with that indicated by teachers and administrators, who affirm that they make a more intensive and diversified use of technology, so the triangulation of the data obtained gives a broader panorama of the real situation of ICT in the educational institutions.","PeriodicalId":126633,"journal":{"name":"RESUR","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124000927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that the intervention of a pedagogue in the detailed elaboration of the thematic contents and learning activities is vital for the educational process to be really effective, as well as it must intervene in the training of the specialists involved, and advise the choice of learning assessment strategies, one of the most complex and debated areas in a remote system, therefore, it is concluded that a specialist in collaboration with a pedagogue can make the materials really meaningful and effective as transmitters of knowledge and skills .","PeriodicalId":126633,"journal":{"name":"RESUR","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114839958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, authors such as Sara Ahmed and Pedro Moscoso-Flores propose to rethink and put in tension the everyday conceptions that are constituted around these emotions. In this way of problematization, emotions are read to explain the forms of human organization, seen as classification devices whose purpose is to think about political subjectivation through the resignification of social phenomena that are associated with fear, guilt, and shame, understanding these as an articulating node of contemporary subjectivity around modes of political organization. The objective of this article is to propose a comparative theoretical-critical discussion that contributes to the theoretical dialogue that exists about the positioning of emotions in the processes of subjectivation in the socio-political and governance context of contemporary global societies from the perspective of these two authors. This comparative study will allow to account for a discursive dimension of the passions that usually move — consciously and unconsciously — from subjective positions politically determined by the State to position the subject and thus perpetuate their active participation in political and social processes.","PeriodicalId":126633,"journal":{"name":"RESUR","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126602972","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
