The usage of the induction method of the paint, stripping from metallic surface allows one to increase the working efficiency and to automate the process completely as well as to reduce the action of dangerous factors on the personnel staff participated in the technological process. Therefore, both the enterprises-producers of the collector electric machines and the organizations using them run into problem of objective estimation of the collectors profile under dynamic conditions of their operation. Purposeful execution of the construction and the procedure of the collectors manufacturing as well as the control of the behavior of collector and brush units at all stages of technological process of the electric machines manufacturing and during their exploitation is impossible without this problem solving. With the appearance of the digital signal processors new possibilities occurred for further development of the controlled and regulated electric drives of the alternating current, which are placed more high requirements on to provide speed of operation, reliability, accuracy and stability of controlling effects execution, as well as optimal energy consumption. Along with a wide application of the variable-frequency electric drives currently the devices of soft start are demanded. The given devices are three-phase thyristor adjusters of the voltage allowing one to increase softly the voltage at the asynchronous electric engine stator when starting in order to limit impact moment and starting current. Material obtained is the slip of the dissolved rubber-like products in hydrocarbon medium coinciding well with the road asphalt. The source of heat energy is the super-high frequency (SHF) radiation as more effective and economical. SHF field provides fast volume heating of secondary rubber raw material that makes it possible to exclude the operation of the tyres granulating. Injury of the trachea, chemical burn of mucous tunic, effect of radiation therapy, and inflammatory disease of the upper airways can result in trachea stenosis. But very often stenoses are caused by reanimation actions including tracheostomy and artificial ventilation of the lungs. During the last ten years the quantity of patients needing reanimation care has increased as a result of acts of God, traumatism, etc. The authors conclude that in the treatment of cicatrical stenosis of the trachea cryotherapy is very effective method for ensuring the patency of the airways.
