The Medan Tourism Polytechnic is a state university focusing on providing education for the tourism and hospitality industry in Indonesia. The Three Pillars of Higher Education in this field were established by the Medan Tourism Polytechnic with the objective of disseminating tourism-based education, instilling student discipline, and fostering Indonesian personality traits. Currently, the Medan Tourism Polytechnic employs a semi-manual attendance procedure using Microsoft Excel. This attendance application was developed with a database created using PHP and MySQL programming languages. The research findings indicate that students can perform self-attendance using facial recognition technology, which would make attendance more efficient and reduce fraud. This study aims to develop an optimized website design for digital promotion of SME products, incorporating enhanced search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. The paper first reviews key barriers inhibiting SMEs from harnessing digital channels, including limited expertise and resources in web development, SEO, and online marketing. Core principles of effective website design are then introduced, covering aspects like user-friendly interfaces, high-quality content, efficient site architecture, and responsive layouts. Building on this, SEO best practices are outlined based on an analysis of major ranking signals and algorithmic behavior. An integrated methodology is subsequently proposed for planning and creating SEO-optimized websites tailored to SME product promotion. The methodology incorporates defining goals and KPIs, competitor analysis, keyword research and mapping, optimized content development, technical site optimization, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. To validate the efficacy of this methodology, the study implements it in developing an e-commerce website for a small homemade food business. KPIs including organic traffic, conversions, and revenues are tracked before and after site development. The results demonstrate significant increases across key indicators, highlighting the effectiveness of the proposed approach in bolstering SME digital promotion through optimized website design and SEO. This research puts forward a website-based Decision Support System (DSS) leveraging Analytic Hierarchy Process to recommend appropriate shows per personalized criteria. The DSS allows parents to set priorities across factors like educational value, empathy, and social norms reflected in shows. Quantitative AHP methodology ranks options by synthesizing comparative judgments. A prototype is implemented on PHP/MySQL with an intuitive interface explaining decision logic. Testing with parent focus groups indicates significantly increased perceived utility over traditional controls. Recommendation accuracy metrics averaged 0.81 against test cases. Outcomes demonstrate feasibility and benefits of applying multi-criteria DSS techniques to aid value-based media selection for impressionable minds. The system aims to aid busy caregivers overwhelmed by the exponential growth in media choices, promoting discerning consumption. Further enhancements incorporating explanatory facilities and predictive analytics promises wider applicability inside content distribution ecosystems. Users only need to use their phone's camera to scan a QR code to obtain information immediately. Visitors to campus will find a wealth of information regarding school buildings, including location maps, a list of amenities, and emergency contacts. Java programming was used on the Android Studio platform to create this application. Building-related information is kept in the Firebase Realtime Database. A database-connected website interface allows administrators to manage data. The application for creating QR codes has been successful in producing dynamic codes with details about specific campus structures. Field testing demonstrates that the application functions properly. Buildings can have their QR codes scanned by users to view comprehensive building information. This application can be used in any section of the campus buildings to give guests immediate access to information. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that requires a careful management approach to diet to control blood sugar levels. In this study, we designed a system that uses Sugeno's fuzzy principles to categorize foods based on glycemic parameters, nutritional content, and individual patient characteristics. This method allows the formation of fuzzy rules that cover the variability and complexity in the preferences and health needs of each patient. The developed model was tested using DM patient data involving detailed information about diet, medical history and blood sugar response. Experimental results show that this approach can provide more personalized diet recommendations that suit individual health conditions. The application of the Fuzzy Sugeno method in food mapping for DM patients is expected to increase patient compliance with the recommended diet, reduce blood sugar levels, and overall, improve quality of life. This research aims to design and implement a smart door lock system that uses an Internet of Things (IoT)-based personal identification number (PIN) that can be controlled through the Telegram messaging platform. The system is designed so that users can give commands via Telegram messages to open or lock doors securely. Users can access the door without needing to be physically near it. In addition, the level of security is enhanced by allowing only authorized users to control the door via Telegram messages, as well as by implementing strong encryption and authentication mechanisms. In conclusion, this study succeeded in designing and implementing an IoT-based smart door lock system that can be controlled through the Telegram messaging platform using a personal identification number (PIN) as a security method. This system provides an efficient, secure, and practical solution for managing smart door access remotely. This system uses Raspberry Pi as a link between the LCD projector and the smartphone, the screen display from the smartphone is to be sent to raspberry pi via the wifi network, which after that will be displayed on the LCD projector. And in tests that were tried to measure the strength of the WIFI signal against the distance, it was found that this system could run well with the maximum distance between the smartphone and the Raspberry Pi was 18 meters. As well as the ideal distance is 10 meters. As well as for testing quality of service( QoS) obtained the average Delay value resulting from measurements from various points is 359ms.
