Academic self-efficacy is individual belief in their ability to carry out their duties; while the achievement motivation possessed students to obtain success in school. Students with good academic self-efficacy and strong achievement motivation within themselves tend to be successful in achieving satisfactory learning results. This study aims to determine the relationship between both academic self-efficacy and achievement motivation toward the final score of learning process in school. This research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted at SMA Budi Murni-1 Medan with students in class X I and X I I I, P A and I P S. The total population was 512 people, of which 200 people were used as sample by uses Gpower application. The data collection tool used the academic self-efficacy scale and the achievement motivation scale. Student’s final score are obtained from report cards. Data analysis using multiple correlation test by SPSS. The results of data analysis find score r = 0.21; with a significance level of 0.012. The significance or p obtained was 0.012 or p <0.05; then the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted, meaning that there is a significant correlation between academic self-efficacy and achievement motivation toward academic achievement at SMA Budi Murni -1 Medan. Year 2011-2020. Population in this study are the financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. and the sampling of 40 in this study is financial statements of PT Handjaja Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) Tbk. quarterly from 2011-2020. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test the regression equation obtained is Y = 3411.421 – 13.683X1 – 15.000X2 + 65.210X3 + e. Based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variable Return On Equity has a significant effect on Stock Prices, Return On Assets does not significant effect on the Stock Price, While the Net Profit Margin significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneous test results it is known that Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Net Profit Margin do not significant effect on Stock Prices. R Square value in research this is 0.146 which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 14.6%. The name instagram is derived from the instant insta word and the gram of the word telegram. So instagram is a combination of instant words and telegrams. Using the word may be interpreted as an application for instant information, which is in the form of photos of processing photos, editing photos and sharing (share) to other social networks. A trend of lnstagram has been a marketing tool that USES products as his means of communication. Overinstagram is using public participation as an advertising funnel. The study is aimed at learning how social media marketing affects customers' satisfaction with buying products through instagram. The research methods used in this study employ the quantitative methods. The removal of samples in this study USES non-probability and the type of sample retrieval USES sampling samples. The number of samples used in this study is as many as 70 respondents using exceptional sampling. The analysis methods used are validity tests, recapabilities tests, classic assumptions tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothetical tests. This shows that many business actors from these actions taken to practice are still in business, which results in unfair competition in doing business. The purpose of this research is to find out how KPPU proves the existence of a tender conspiracy related to Decision No. 14/KPPU-L/2019 and to find out the application of the law according to Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition by the judge in decision no. 14/KPPU-L/2019. Conducting this research using library research methods and data analysis used in a qualitative descriptive way is an approach to gain depth, develop theory and social complexity. The writer concludes that in carrying out the proof, KPPU uses the rule of reason and the per se illegal approach. The sample in this study was 46 business actors based on predetermined criteria using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate that capital, labor, and length of business have a positive and significant effect on the sales of Dodol Business in Pasar Bengkel Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. In the test of the coefficient of determination before the toll road that the capital, labor, and length of business is 0.787. So this means that sales results can be explained by capital, labor, and length of business by 78.7% and the remaining 21.3% is influenced by factors not examined. And after the toll road, it shows that the capital, labor, and length of business are 0.872. So this means that sales results can be explained by capital, labor, and length of business by 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by factors not examined.
